Dillons: Ecoupon question

I should know the answer to this, but would one of you mind clarifying for me?
If I have a Charmin TP $3 eCoupon loaded to my card from both Dillons and P&G eSaver does that mean I can get TWO Charmin's and the $3 gets deducted twice?
I used one today. I was thinking that Dillon's and P&G eSaver coupons are one in the same? Am I right?

All of the P&G e-saver coupons you save to your card will show up in your list of loaded coupons on the Dillon's page. So, you only have one to use...Bummer, I know! I wish we had a ton of those available!
