When I did this last year they said it actually said it wasn't valid in UT (the state I'm in) but after much talking they sent me the check anyway so make sure you call before you do this because its not necessarily good in all states!

I emailed woodchuck through their website and they said my check would arrive "soon". That was 8 weeks ago.

I just got mine in the last week. They actully write out personal checks for this one so that could be why it takes so long.

I mailed mine the last week of October 2010. I contacted woodchuck again yesterday and was told that my check shipped Jan 25th. They are issuing me another since it did not arrive. HTH

I used the "contact us" form on their website. They got back to me very quickly both times.

and I got my reissued check yesterday. I give them a D- for rebate fulfillment but an A for customer service.

Ergh, got a letter in the mail stating I did not purchase the required alcohol.....guess I will be emailing them AGAIN (they never answered my email inquiring about the status).

I got this letter too. I thought it was funny since I already cashed the check. Try them again. For $2 this one really required too much follow up. I think I will skip it if they do it again next fall.

I got this too and laughed because it was NAPN in every state. Just emailed them to resolve it.

Ditto. I'm thinking about sticking to just Bud rebates because I just get headaches from so many other places.

I emailed them and got the rejection letter in the mail later that same day. I did get a return email stating the rebate was not "legal" in my state. I emailed back saying form didn't indicate state restrictions (although it did say something like void where prohibited).
Way too much work for $2 minus postage.

I recently received a reject letter on this ... it said not valid in my state (MA) and that I didn't purchase the correct product. The form didn't have any state restrictions ... and the only purchase required was the produce, so I don't get this rejection at all! They did send me a coupon for 20% off purchase at their ONLINE store!

Riverside, I emailed them, and they said it was invalid in MA because of alcohol laws. However no where on the form did it say that. I'll be emailing them back about it.

Thanks .... that's interesting, because (a) there is no alcohol purchase involved, and (b) lots of other beer/wine/liquor rebates are valid in MA! You'd think if they "KNOW" it's invalid in MA, that they'd just put it on the form, instead of letting people go through the hoops of sending it in and THEN finding out.
