I saw the 10 (or 8?) pack of Extra gum come through my line today and it was ringing $1.00. We have absolutly LOADS of the $1.00/1 of those packs of gum. In fact they are in this Sunday's paper too!! (we get our coupons on Saturday)!

You know I didn't look too closely at the coupon so we may not have got the Extra one. I know some of those say 'any' so you can use them for any of the Wrigley gum. I know our Kroger let's us use either one. I do have about 7 of the Extra coupons left. But I DO NOT need any gum. The last time Kroger had all of the wrigley's gum 10/10, I stocked up and probably have no less than 100 multi-packs of gum. We sell it at Cub Scout functions to raise money for the pack so it is great that I can get it for free.

The job is going good. I have found out that scanning is NOT as easy as it looks and.....
that there is a TON of different veggies out there that I never knew existed!!LOL!! I guess do not eat a big enough variety!!

Other than that and having to learn all of the produce codes, it isn't bad.

I do find myself thinking.....ooooo, there is coupon for that....or....'why are they paying for this when you can get it free at X store!' I have actually given a customer a coupon in my pocket that I had picked up for myself!!

I just can't believe what people pay for groceries!!!!!!!!! No kidding, most orders are for $200+ without one coupon!!! It makes me want to start giving classes!!!!HEHEHEHE

I was just in the commissary and the tag on the sunsilk said the price was good through 7/30. Seems odd since that is one place that is constantly changing the prices, but nonetheless, that is what it said.

I found $2 off beef WYB 3 Kraft products, including the Bullseye which is on sale right now for .89 ($1 MFC makes this free plus overage) and the A1 Marinade which is .39 after the $1 MFC. The $2 coupon was by the hot dogs, which I don't understand at all, and is good through the end of the month.

It is the big bottles of Capri Sun that are .99 (not the individual juice packets).....in my commissary they only have the blue bottle. They are 64 oz bottles. I think the boxes of the individual juice bags are 1.59 or so. I'm not sure how to tell if it is a regular price or not, since even the "regular" prices can go up and down without notice. My store has a regular tag on the shelf for .99 (not a paper "sale" tag). Hope that helps!

I got three 64 oz capri suns today for 25 cents each. Also, the small bottles of Tabasco sauce are 99cents and I had two coupons for 75 cents off (smartsource coupons from a blinkie at Safeway). They had some character band-aids on sale for $1.39 so I used my 55 cent coupons on a few of these so the kids couldn't say I never buy them. I'll post anymore deals once I examine my receipt more closely.

I've always combined these w/ 1 bottle of A1 for every package of beef purchased.

not sure how you'd request items as regular items but you can special order ANY item at ANY commissary as long as it's in the DECA system and stocked at other commissaries.

Every commissary has access to the DECA system so can look up the item you want to see if it's available for special order - you'll need the UPC#.

You'd have to order and be obligated to buy buy the case if it's not a regularly stocked item at your store. You cannot prepay for special order items so if the price goes up, you'd be obligated to buy the entire case at the price when order comes in.

Get the special order form from customer svc. It's best to have all the information - size, upc#, product name.

The Kraft tearpad has been in my commissary off and on in a few different places. I've found them by the sour cream, kraft cheese display and on the "special deal" table the vender sets up occasionally.

Great deals with the Kellogs, keebler, Sunshine $1 off any product. Saved 87%!!
WOuld have saved more but apparently the cashier did not scan 6 of the coupons and I did not notice until I left the store. Still I got 52 items for 7.91.
Keebler vanilla cookies 1.50- 1.00=.50 each
Keebler Dora the explorer Animal Cookies .93-1.00= overage or free depending on your commissary
Keebler Chocolate Dipping Cookies 1.50-1.00 =.50
Kellogs Pop Tarts Individual Packages (they have 2 Pop Tarts each) .44-1.00= free or overage depending on your commissary.
Also got 11 free Sunsilk shampoos as well as other items.

The best part is that this was my charity run so all 52 items will be donated to a local charity.

That is a cut from the database.

7/8/2007 is the expiration date of the coupon.
4/15/07 SS means it came from the April 15th SmartSource insert.

I had a wonderful shopping trip. all those $1 kebbler/sunshine products they were FINALLY giving out because they are about to expire. Then I have enough grill mates marinade to kill someone $1/2 they cost 39 cents each. Add in the A1 $1 coupons and the $1 beef wyb A1 and a bunch of the $1/2 gerber graduates and they are 55 cents to 63 cents at my commisary.Splenda mailed me $3 off coupons used on the 50 cent quick packs lol In the end I saved 47% with a total of $140.78 worth of coupons. I have never had so many. The cashier was a teen so just pushed them all through nicely :BigHand:

Today I went to do my shopping and found a killer deal there was a .50 coupon off of Ballpark franks which were 1.00 each, then you got free buns (sara lee ) when you bought TWO bp franks, then YOU got a coupon for 3.00 off any watermelon when you got both buns and franks. So I got 4 pks of BPfranks, 2 Sara Lee Buns and 2 seedless watermelons for ...3.98!

Next deal : All the kelloggs $1 off coupons were out today, I got several boxes of Kelloggs PB swirl cereal and Cinnamon swirl cereal for 1.09 a box. Shrek cereal was $1 a box.

I got two Kashi Go lean Crunch for free thanks to the 2.00 smartsource printable. 4 free Barbers chicken at .99 each.

I did really well today..saved 62.05...paid 191.92 for 2 weeks worth of grub!:biggrin:
