I got a customer satisfaction survey on one of my receipts. It had to be done in 48 hours from purchase. After I did it I got a validation number for $3 off any purchase, no mimimum. I used it to by Science Diet simple essential dog treats which were on sale for $3.99 (reg $4.99) It is the 1.8 oz bag. By the way the $3 printable coupon on the science diet site is for the 2.5 oz bag which costs around $8.

FYI you should always get one of these from taking your pet to the grooming salon. Everytime I pay for my nail clips, I get one. Well, whenever the promo is running anyway. Yesterday I did another transaction after I already paid (to buy some cute clearance sweaters) and got another one. Not sure what prompted that one though as it doesn't indicate it is a grooming survey. $6 in survey coupons for one trip! Woo hoo!
