I didn't know that you could stack q's like that at Publix. I know you can stack publix q's with manufacturer q's but not competitor q's. Thanks for the tip.

Competitor coupons are treated like a Publix coupon. In other words you can you a competitors coupon with a manufacturers coupon OR a publix coupon with a manufacturers coupon. But not all three together for one item. HTH.
