Here is what I saw on another thread:
$10.14 - 6 Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls sale at 1.69
-$7.60 - 4 $.95/1 IP
-$2.00 - 2 $.50/1 IP
$.54
- $4.00 OYNO
- $1.00 FRC = $4.46 MM

What is FRC?
Is the OYNO on your card? on your receipt?

Here is what I did:
6 on sale for $10.14
- $3.00 (.75/2)
-$2.00 (.50/2)
out of pocket $5.14
on my receipt I see "fresh rewards earned" = $2.00
I looked at the ad and it was buy 3 Pillsbury get $1.00 in fresh rewards.
What happened to the OYNO of $4.00 and the $1.00 FRC in the deal at the top of the page?

I had a little dificulty as the .50/1 was an internet coupon and would not scan. The clerk hand entered it as a plus .50 per coupon, so my total was $8.14 and I was expecting $5.14 before the OYNO and FRC. Instead of my coupons getting doubled, not only did they not get doubled they got added in to my total as a PLUS .50/1.
CS got it straight and gave me $3.00 cash refund.

What happened to the OYNO of $4.00 and the $1.00 in FRC in the deal at the top of the page.
I appear to have $2.00 in fresh rewards earned. When and what is that good for?

It looks like I got 6 sweet rolls for $5.14 out of pocket which is not as expected. And I've got $2.00 in fresh rewards earned to use on a next order? (or is this the reward where you need $5.00 minimum to use it?)

The Fresh Rewards is where you need $5 to use it. Once you hit $5 they will give you a $5 Fresh Rewards Cards to use on your next order. If you didn't have any fresh rewards money on your receipt before then it looks like you earned $2 on this deal since you bought 6.

The $4 OYNO should have printed out. The machine may have been down. Did you get any other coupons printed out? You can call Catalina Marketing and give them your receipt info. They will mail it to you.

That was my scenario....
Yes, the FRC is only given in increments of 5.00. I did not get my FRC in hand, since it is less than 5.00. It will print as soon as it accumulates to 5.00.
As for the OYNO, it is a catalina. Like getting cash back to use towards my next grocery purchase.
The reason my oop was so low was because of my high value coupons. Your scenario was still a MM, because you got the 2.00 FRC (credit) and the 4.00 OYNO to use next time. So 6.00 back after spending 5.14 is not bad for yummy biscuits

no catalina if it was supposed to be one.
I got my full receipt and another very small receipt with so much small print I could not read it. I guess it got thrown away.
The clerk was confused because they scanned the .50/1 coupons as a positive number. I was wondering why my receipt was $8.14 instead of $5.14 and threw the smaller "whatever" it was, away, I guess. It was no bigger than maybe 2x2 inches.

I knew you had to have $5.00 in OYNO so I wondered how the person above, got to use that $4.00 OYNO unless they were just stating that it was something that they could use in the future (which it really is not since they need $5.00 in that but they will 100% get another $1.00 on future trips)

Why did I get $2 in fresh rewards earned and the deal above only got $1.00?
What is FRC...?
That deal top of the page is showing $1.00 in FRC.
Is that the same as Fresh Rewards Earned? Why did I get $2.00 and they only got $1.00? They bought 6 and so did I. I seemed not to have gotten the $4 OYNO.

Never called Catalina Marketing........are they easy to deal with?

I had zero knowledge of what I was supposed to get as far as a catalina if I was supposed to get one, but I would have "expected" (wrongly) that the clerk would have told me the machine was down. Then again, I was not knowing I should get a catalina.
I'd never spend $5.14 on 6 packs of sweet rolls. Too expensive.

I did not get a $4.00 off receipt. Is it a catalina or some other receipt type coupon? I never got it.

The OYNO catalinas print out separately, not on the receipt, but from the little box that should have a little green light.
If you didn't get yours, call Catalina Marketing - yes, they are easy to deal with. You just need your receipt, they will ask for information from it so they can "see" the transaction. They will be able to tell you why it didn't print.

I counted the $4.00 because to me, it is just like getting cash back. I'll use it towards my next order.
Some people count them in the transaction they spend them instead, which is fine I guess, as long as you are consistent and don't count them twice.
The reason I count them in the initial transaction where I earn them, is because when sharing information on this forum or elsewhere, it can be repeatable by someone else.
If you count them in the transaction you use them, it can't be repeated by someone who didn't have that catalina in their wallet.

As for the FRC, I initially posted the scenario when I thought I would only earn one reward per transaction. ($1 FRC wyb 3 Pillsbury)
I was pleasantly surprised when I got $2 FRC - 2 rewards for buying 6.
I went back and edited my post. That may have been confusing if you copied and pasted the one before I edited, now it looks like 2 different ones.

Sorry this has become so confusing for you!
Did I answer your questions, or did I make confuse you more?

I got it now.....I sent Catalina Marketing an e-mail and I can call them too.
I saw fresh rewards "earned" and did not relate that to FRC.
When I first went to customer service, I told the associate that the two .50/1 had not doubled, then noticed they had not even be applied to my total they were actually added to my total, so they owed me $3.00. And the CAT if I get it.
My grocery totals are usually small so I always count the coupons discounted. If I had a very long order, I might not have noticed I was short $7.00 ($3 for the (2).50/1 coupons and the $4 cat)
I have often seen clerks not give the cats to the customers. Alot of cats are things I would never buy but I've been in line behind people and the cat machine starting spitting coupons out and the clerk keeps them. On this particular deal I could see where Lowes could think, why give 6 Pillsbury items free + more, since they were unware of these other coupons (.75/2, .95/1, .50/1)?
It's their deal in their ad, so they should honor it.
Does Lowes decide which items get a cat or does Catalina Marketing do it because Pillsbury asked them to?

The catalinas are a manufacturer promo. Often the stores have no idea which ones are printing.
