Has anyone added the new Instasave deals today?

They're not showing up for me - wondered if anyone else has looked for them yet? Especially the $1.29 bag of apples -that's the one I really want.

I added them to our card about an hour ago. I didn't have any problems...we are fixing to head that way to get some free Cheerios and cheap apples. :biggrin:

CS at my LF always tells me that they can't do anything about Instasave not coming off. I have had to call corporate several times, and they add a credit to my Lowes card that will come off my next purchase.

If they don't double and you can't use them with physical Qs, do they really have that many good deals?

dionada - the answer to your question is - sometimes! Like the apples this week for $1.29 for a 3 lb bag, that's awesome! And they have had .19 corn muffin mix, .09 macaroni and cheese, and some other good deals. No, you can't use it with a coupon but you CAN use it with a sale - so add the items to your card and then wait to see if they go on sale, if you don't use the instasave deals, they just drop off your card when they expire - no big deal.

I went to buy the apples today, and the Instasave still didn't come off. I just had them take the apples off of my order. Didn't feel like going through the hassle of calling corporate today. This makes the third time I have had trouble with the Instasave. Corporate always credits my Lowes card, but sometimes I have to call them several times before the credit shows up.

I emailed corporate yesterday about the Instasave not coming off of the apples. Someone from corporate CS just called me and told me that there is an issue with Instasave and the old Greenpoints card numbers and the new Lowes FR card numbers. She thinks she has my account straightened out now. She also applied $5 FRC to my account for my trouble!

I asked the cashier to take the apples back off. She called someone from CS over and they adjusted the price. Strange. Every time I have gone to CS about an Instasave not coming off, they just told me they can't do anything about it at the store and gave me the corporate number to call. I did get my $5 FRC that corporate added for my inconvenience.

The apples are limit 1, so if they corrected your card, then it isn't going to come off twice. The limits for the instasave are per offer, not per visit.

I didn't purchase the apples on my first trip. When the Instasave didn't come off, I asked the cashier to take the apples back off. What corporate did to correct my account had to do with the old Greenpoints card number and the new Lowes FR card number. They said there was a problem with the multiple card numbers and Instasave. They also issued $5 FRC to my card for my inconvenience.

lpatwater, which Lowes Foods do you use most? I normally go to the one in Mt. View. I didn't get the $ for the apples taken off either, but it was my first time using the instasave, and they were still on sale, so I didn't worry about it so much.

I shop the Lowes in NE Hickory at 29th Ave. and Sandy Ridge Rd. Call the corporate CS. They will apply the difference that wasn't taken off to your Lowes card. It will come off of your next purchase. Sometimes it takes several days and several phone calls, but it eventually shows up.
