on the online ad for me, the 3 day sale items say the prices are valid only with an additional $25 purchase.

Does this mean that if I buy a bunch of the 3 day sale items, that I have to have $25 worth of other groceries or if I buy $25 worth of groceries including these items (various ones, not just multiples of one) I'm okay?

IT says "with ADDITIONAL $25 purchase" so you would need to buy $25 worth of other stuff I assume.

Last week I bought 3 canisters of Folgers for the 3.99 sale price and the full purchase price applied to the required $25 purchase.

The regular price was around $10 each...so all I bought was the coffee and I was able to get the reduction to 3.99 at the end of the transaction. I didn't notice that the ad said additional. It was actually the cashier that told me if you only bought three canisters of coffee you would get the sale price because the pre-discount price is what counted toward the $25 total.

I would think that for each item that you buy, you would just need to show a purchase of an additional $25. If you bought a bag of $1.99 potatoes, your other items need to add up to 23.01, whether they be 3-day sale items or not.
But that's just my opinion, not based on experience or anything.....:shrug7:

There were 3 that don't have the $25 purchase requirement...
Taters, bread and Corona

Interesting. I guess I will fine out tomorrow how this works. I need some other things too so it probably doesn't matter if these items are included. Of course, I may hold off on a few things waiting to see the weather (you know, no point filling the freezer if we may be without power due to the weather).

I went to the online store flyer, and it says though 2/3! Have they extended the weekly sales for a day, due to inclement weather? Hope so!
Suzanne
