I am not a regular at kroger because it is so far to drive but my hubby is going to stop there after work and I could really use some info on there policies.

Do they double up to $.50?
How many $5 off deals can you do in a transaction?
And if there is a limit can you leave and go back in and do more the same day?
Do they limit the number of like coupons (or like coupons doubled) per transaction?

Your best bet is to call the store and ask. Kroger policies, even within different regions, will vary. My area does doubles to 50cents and unlimited like coupons, but stores just a few cities over only allow 3 like coupons.

I'm not seeing a limit to the mega deals per transaction, more than likely it's 3 times in 1 transaction, that's usually the norm. And if that is the case, you can just do back to back transactions if you need to. At least my store doesn't mind, I've done up to 3 transactions back to back (though I go really early when there's no one else in the store and it's at a uscan so I'm not holding the only register up)

How many $5 off deals can you do in a transaction? You can do 3 per transaction.
And if there is a limit can you leave and go back in and do more the same day? Yup, I have done multiple transactions back to back actually, without ever leaving the store. I just tell the cashier beforehand that I will be doing a couple different transactions, and I have never had a problem with that.
Do they limit the number of like coupons (or like coupons doubled) per transaction? Nope, you can use as many coupons as you want, and as long as they are $.50 or less, they will all double.

:wavehi: I normally shop at the one on Forest Drive but do hit the St. Andrews one if I'm making a quick run on my lunch break. I try not to shop the one on Two Notch because its too big. LOL

Ok so thanks to your help hubby was able to go and get the following in 2 transactions:

10 Finish tabs
9 franks red hot
2 frenchs mustard
2 quaker snacks
20 kraft cheese
17 2 ltr mt dew

For a grand total of $30.
That's an average of $.50 an item after tax!
