I went shopping with my friend. SHE had $10 FRC that expired in 2 days so she asked me to go with her and help her spend them. She is still very new to this whole FRC thing and doesn't CVS to be predisposed to it.
She did REALLY well though....
She did 2 orders.
#1
4 Kraft singles ($.50/1Q)+3 week Q
1 Kraft shredded
2 Pillsbury bread mix(1 $.40/1)
used $5 frc
Paid $.11
received $5 OYNO Q
#2
6 Progresso Soups ($.50/2Q)
2 Crystal Light drink mix
2 100 calorie packs ($2/2 wyb both 100 calorie packs and CL)
1 Pillsbury bread mix
used $5 OYNO
used $5 frc
Paid $2.11
received $5 frc
The Pillsbury bread mixes are $.99 now, so that makes them $.19 each with that $.40 Q that expires the end of this month. The chocolate chip crumb one is EXCELLENT.

I was thinking the same thing! That first one is great - not sure I have that Pillsbury q though. I'll have to dig through the stacks. Thanks, uummm!

Tweren't me! I am not sure I got a Lemon Poppy. I have yet to make up any of the MW...I have 12 bags, I gave 2 away to the friend I shop with-I also gave her cinammon, bag of oranges (from FL) and brownie mixes. It is really nice to go shopping with someone that is eager to learn. Everyone else just thinks I am nuts. It only took her one time of saving 50% and she was hooked and she only gets better. She tries to spread the word to her friends/family and she gets the same opposition I do:shrug7:.

There is a Kraft cheese OYNO cat that is printing (though shelf tag said only until 1/10, and I think I saw $2 oyno/ 20 yoplait that are on sale for $.50 in the paper. Seems like I have read a few others. I get confused I am all HT right now with super doubles.

Found Pillsbury bread making mixes in the back of the store with the markdown stuff. Guess they are getting phased out b/c the boxes weren't damaged or close to expiration date. Still a great deal!

I don't think they are getting phased out, it is that they are considered holiday. I know normally they only carry 2 or 3 flavors and during the holidays that had lots more flavors to choose from. At my regular store they have them where they had all the holiday baking supplies which was near the front and the bread mixes were on the endcap. I know at another store I went to they were in the back on shelves were they had the holiday baking near where the extra display of the McCormick were.

There is a 2 OYNO with the Yoplait when you buy 20. There is also a $2 OYNO when you buy 3 Ragu. Which are on sale for $1.50(3 week ad, limit 6) I had ordered some .75/2 Ragu. So I was able to get 6 Ragu for 4.64(including tax) and the CAT is strictly when you buy 3. So I got 2 of the $2 OYNO so .64 cents for Ragu, great deal considering I am pretty much required to fix spaghetti at least once every 2 weeks in my household! Usually weekly!

I am so MAD at myself. I went today specifically to use the Electrasol coupons and forgot to use them! I was too busy using the 3 week deals and all my other stuff that I didn't even get them in. I could have saved $10.00. AHHHHHH the agony!

Thanks uummm! Didn't realize they were considered holiday. Just found 1q for kix on Betty Crocker website, pair it with 3 week q for dollar cereal! Decent deal.

I didn't have much luck with the Pillsbury bread mix. All they had left were 2 boxes of blueberry marked down to $1.20. I went ahead and got one box. It rang up as a closeout item, so the coupon beeped. Since it was a DND 5, the cashier did not double it.

Today I got-
20 yoplait
1 no yolks
2 RTE Jello pudding
4 Keebler 100 calorie packs (did you know they are free after 3 week coupon with $.75/1Q from sunday?)
6 Progresso
Paid $9.98 got back $2 oyno cat and $5 FRC (which I had to go to CS to get!)
I also got the cold shoulder. That was free-Lucky ME!
I don't know why they have such issue with me. I had 2 of my students with me today. The first one went through ahead of us, you couldn't tell she was with us...So they took it upon themselves to talk about me in front of her. Apparently I am the "Person that gets a cart full of grocerie for like $8."
Well that is not true, I don't get a "cart full" lately I haven't gotten much at all. But whatever.
HT treats me a lot better in general. They don't whine and complain about the massive amount of coupons or the amounts I save. Sorry Lowes Foods for using your program to my advantage.

I generally just have problems with Lowe's. I have a few people at HT who take issue with how much I save, but most of them cheer me on. At Lowe's, they've even logged onto veri-fi.com to check to make sure my coupons were real before accepting them, and the cashiers tend not to know their coupon policy at all. Plus, nice as doubling coupons is, HT triples or super doubles quite often as well and Lowe's isn't really any cheaper in my town than HT is, at least on the things I buy. So, HT for me... where I can get a cartful for $10 or less easily.

Oh Uummm, don't worry about it. I've been called much worse. :rolleyes24:
They're just jealous. If they could figure it out they're be right behind you.
