I had some Marcal Qs so I thought I would stop in and see what deals that had. Don't bother. They jacked up the prices so they could give their so called discounts. The only good deals I found were some pain relied tablets, no brand fabric softener, and organic cheese. :mad37:I hate it when stores do this. I know they want to draw people in to clear out their inventory but they are not fooling us savvy shoppers. I feel bad for the people who do not keep track of prices who will be fooled by this tactic and buy a bunch of stuff they think is on sale.

The store closes on January 2nd. My guess is that the best deals will be found on Dec 31-Jan 1. Those will probably be the REAL close out deals!!!

I found this to be true a few years ago with any liquidation sale. I thought how dumb do they think we are? But I guess like you said, some people don't pay attention to prices and are drawn in by the 30, 40 50 % off signs.
