Thanks! I saw this in the mid a ad but they ring 50% off on their bogos so I was just coming to ask if this was in the GL ad since they do true bogo! Yay!

Thanks OP! Boy, I sure hope they ring up full price and then 0.00 since I traded for a bunch of those cpns. Have no desire to pay 1/2 off--LOL!

One 5.99 one for 0.00
But they were having issues and they were both coming up 5.99 5.99 at first but after my first transaction they went in and fixed it and they came up correctly as 5.99 0.00

I wonder if it makes a difference if you scan your Kroger card AFTER all of the items have been scanned? I do that sometimes if I need my CRT to look a "certain way" for MIR etc. Having each item take up two lines of print (one for the reg price and the next being the Kroger Plus discount amount) makes for a hard to read/follow along CRT, KWIM?

Cilpped those coupons in hopes of something like this.
Thanks got 8 today. 2 of them rang @ $4.99 and he used Both as my free one's but that's ok. 8 card games for $1 and tax isn't bad.

am still not finding rook in my stores. i have been to 4 kroger stores in the great lakes region and no one had them, so Kroger might not carry the game.

NO answer yet to previous question? Of course, I had to ask. Went in tonight and saw they had restocked-great! I thought I would make a trial purchase and also I only had ONE of my cpns with me. Got two card games. They rang up 5.99 each then when I hit PAY NOW and used the Kroger card 5.99 came off for one. So far so good. Hand hte uscan cashier my cpn and was told I could not use it since the items are already BOGO and I am getting one free for having used the Kroger Plus card. She said I would have ot buy another one in order to use the cpn! I told her why is that since the next one would also come up BOGO and I would really need to buy two more otherwise I would not get #4 for free.
She said nope, there was a "big talk about this with management the other day"......hmmmm, really? So, I said take the two items off, give meback my cpn and forget it. I guess I need ot call the store manager today and ask. This is too bad since I was planning on asking the clerk to order me 50 or so of thes so i can use the bunch of cpns I traded for.
So, what is I bought two, 5.99 each, DO NOT hand over my Kroger Card, give the BOGO cpn, it deducts the cost of one and THEN scan my Kroger card. The card would automatically deduct the cost of the second items and all would be well?

sounds like a plan to me- the cashiers i use tho, act like it's a crime if you don't scan your card at the beginning!

I had to call the mgr yesterday and at first they were confused and asked ANOTHER mgr! Then, I was told it is OK. Funny, since the cashier that denied me went on and on about how it was a big talk the other day. The mgr did say folks were doing this on the BOGO board games--although I know of no cpns out for those. I am going to TRY to scan the items at a regular register (not usacn) then give my cpns hoping the cashier does not tell me to scan the Kroger card. And, am hoping the cpns scan automatically the 5.99 off wothout the cashier having to enter an AMOUNT--anyone know about that part? Besides, where is it written that I MUST use my Kroger card when making a purchase? I could have decided afterwards that I would like the points to count towards my fuel promo-LOL!
I plan to have the store order me the quantity I need and of course, that always sticks out when it comes to checkout time. The BOGO ends the 29th on one sign and the 30th on another.
