Purina Chew-eez Dog Snacks (the little packs of rawhide type sticks) are on sale until 6/30/10 for 1$

In the 11/15/09 SS there is a mq for $4.00 off any 4 Purina Dog Snacks, any size/variety.

So buy 4 for 4$ and use the mq to get all 4 free. Coupon is coded in such a way that they either need a key or to manually type them in though. But unlike last year, they are 1$ instead of 99c, so no having to deal with cashiers freaking about pennies overage :giggle2:

Last year there was a cat deal around the same time the the 3$/3 Purina Dog Snacks coupon came out that made these a MM- I'm crossing my fingers that they have one again!

And if you hurry there are sellers on ebay selling these for 1$ a lot!! Just bought 40 of them for 3.09! I'm amazed because usually I'm the last one to get around to buying coupons and can never find them cheap LOL Maybe I should play the lottery today!?

Ok - I just ordered 20 for $2.95 (including shipping). These will be great to donate to the food bank and, I'll wait to see the December deals to see if it's giving a cat before I use them.

But, I will definitely be using the ones I got in my paper now - these will be great to get to the $30 total for those $5/$30 q's. I have 4 left - one is reserved for my 24 pks of pepsi rc (10/$48 - minus $5/$30, minus 10 $1/1 q's, minus $5 cat, $2 cat and $2 cat - 10 for $24)

LOL Yeah I did the same thing - just realized I bought 40 coupons which means I have to find 160 packs of treats before the end of the year :lol: oh geesh!

They just came out today - so keep checking because not all sellers get their listings up first thing Sunday, some take a day or two to upload their lots :-) Good luck!

(and just IMO, the prices that the coupon clippings services are asking are RIDICULOUS! geesh - I couldn't believe the prices on the coupons this week - which is why I went out and bought 20 of the 50c papers, and had my mom grab 12 more..on top of what my paper guy delivered lol)

I saw them as high as 40 cents a coupon! I can understand on ebay that bidders can get out of hand and bid up coupons (I once sold a lot of 10 coupons for 6$! yikes!) But for a clipper who is selling their 'service' I don't understand justifying that it 'costs' 8c to clip X coupon, but 40c to clip Y coupon!

I drive out to Latrobe and get the Weekend Bulletin (the Latrobe Bulletin's Saturday edition) for 50c. My sister gets it delivered since she lives out that way - so I call her Saturday mornings when there are good coupons coming out and we compare SS inserts LOL

This week they didn't have the little GM insert - but I wasn't worried about that - I just wanted the 4$ Purina, the 5$ Benevia (for RA black friday), the 2$ Bic (for RA bf again), the 50c birds eye, and the free napkins LOL If I would have ordered 10 of each of those from a clipper I was looking at 12$+!! I bought 32 papers for 10$ - my mom wouldnt take any money for the 12 she picked me up that night because I got her free toilet paper (36 double rolls of Quilted Northern) at Rite Aid today LOL so I only paid for the 20 I drove out to get.

It was worth the 2+ hours it took me (1/2 hour each way and at least an hour to haul the kids in and out of GE and SnS and time spent looking for tearpads/blinkies :lol:)

I tried this one myself. At my store they will only take 4 like coupons weather they double or not.

every store is different...i have one store that will only double 5 like coupons per transaction but will take as many per transaction as i have. They also don't care how many transactions i do. All the other stores in my area double as many q's as i have. :)

They're on sale now. At my store, they are on the top shelf, and there's only 5 of the little sticks in each pack, so it's not a big bag or box. If you google chew-eez you'll see what it looks like.

The tag on the shelf says "2 for $2.00". My sister also found them at her store for the same price.

I bought my first 34 out of 400 yesterday.... The coupon is a PITa since it has to be put thru manually.. But the dogs are happy!!

I have picked up about 40 packages so far. Between my chew-eez and batteries last night I got lots of freebies. Thank goodness the store wasn't very busy or I may have been killed for using so many q's!

LOL The newer cashier told me last night that I had more coupons in one order than he's got the entire month of working there :biggrin:

I ran into the grocery manager while shopping and asked him if he could order some Chew-eez for me. You should have seen his face when I told him 100 :shock1:

I did suggest that he order more than that even, and told him about the coupon/sale=freebie...so he said he'll try to put a bunch on an endcap :-) Smart man! lol

Yeah, the coupon is a pain - I've had some of the more experienced cashiers just put them in manually as a 4$ coupon, but the newer cashiers always make someone with the key come over and stand there and type in their numbers for every coupon. So I've been trying to only use 4 or 5 at a time. It was the same way last year :hectic1:
