I've been buying ground turkey for a quite a while at the old store where I lived but I was shopping at Kroger and the cheapest I found was the Kroger brand on sale 2/$5. The packs were just over 1lb, and I've been paying about $1.10 a pound for the rolled up ground turkey packs. Is there another place for turkey in Kroger that I'm just not finding?

I was shopping at the Kroger in Opelika, AL, but I'm sure that most of the stores are laid out in a similar way.

do you have a super walmart? there are rolls of 1 pound jennie-o turkey in the freezer sections, for $2 or less. last time i checked my store it was $1.86, but each store is different. at my store its in the center between the meat dept and the food aisles. usually by the turkey sausage, and frozen turkeys. its a white roll, with a green stripe around each end. the turckey sausage is white with an orange stripe.
