Actually, I got 2 cats when I bought 2 because I wanted to use my MQ $1/2. On the back of the ad it just said purchase 1 (as opposed to 1+) so it should work for every 1 purchased.

Okay - someone help me out here! Will it work like this:

Buy 2 ICBINB baking sticks - 2.58
Use - 2 - 1.00/1 Sticks - 2.00 off
Use - 1 - 1.00/2 MMB Q - 1.00 off = .42 profit

Get 2 - 2.00 OYNO coupon = 4.24 moneymaker?

That doesn't look right to me, but if it works, I'll take it! :) Anybody tried this?

Haven't tried since yesterday but I hear they are not printing today in Michigan. It's my understanding that it IS listed in last weeks paper as running through Nov. 28th. so, if you still have the paper then you may want to bring it with you.

Just went tonight and bought 4 boxes...no cats printed. When I questioned the service desk, they had to copy the receipt and take my name & phone number. They will call me in 3-4 days they said.

this really is a crock! i have some qs coming... to use... now there not printing the cats? and catalina says it ended on the 16th? meijer says the 28th? whos right, whos wrong? also , not everyone has a copy of last weeks ad to show the cs so how do we prove there is a promo if theres no sign and we dont have an ad?

I have more q's coming too. They are not printing at my store either, but CS has been giving me a written ONYO. They are combining each one, so I have two big catalinas to use so far...and still have 8 q's to use, and 20 more on the way. Hope they don't stop issuing the catalinas all together now :(

I took a picture with my phone of the actual sign at the store at the beginning of the month. Now our sign has disappeared and the store is not honoring the cat even with the picture because they said that I couldn't prove that it was taken at their store. WHAT??? :hectic1: :hectic1:

I used up the last of the Mq's I had today on 8 more, and argued with CS to get them to honor the ONYO. They did but said that they would not any longer. They stated that just because the original sign said 11/28 does not mean that they don't have the right to end a special deal early. The manager stated that the catalina only went through last weeks ad, and they intend to put up a sign that said it is no longer a valid deal. I am sad because I had already ordered more q's at the beginning of the week, but at least I was able to use up the 20 I had. Guess they do not want another jello fiasco :) It was fun while it lasted...now on to the next deal....

I went today. The store that had signs up on monday and printed no problem now has signs down and no print. I went to CS ans she said it ended today, I told her no it was to go til the 28th. She gave me to $4.00 OYNO . But come on it ended today, but you all started having issues two days ago! They have to realize in this day and age info travels to quickly to get away with lying about it.

Has anyone called the cat company of Meijer corp? We need to make them understand customer satisfaction is their bread and butter!

She took down all the information and said she would find out why it's not working anymore and she'll call me back in a few hours. She said, "If it's advertised to run through the 28th, we need to get it back up and running."

I know. I wanted to talk to someone at corporate so they could fix it throughout the whole chain, but the people at this store seemed like they really wanted to figure out what was going on and fix it. They would probably call corporate and get it fixed if I could bring in proof of the catalina like an announcement or a sales paper with it stated in it.

If I had a Michigan ad with the catalina deal printed in it, I could take it to the store and these people would fix the problem and get with corporate.
Where did we find out about the catalina deal? Was it in the ad or a catalina announcement?

I went last night to take another look at my store (Florence, KY). I was there Sunday evening but they were wiped out......well, last night there was not even a spot for them! I really think it is slimy of Meijer to pull a promotion in the middle of it! Between this, the only 2 like doubling, doubling not occurring when from the same company, mealbox not working right..........I think I will be at Kroger a lot more in the future!

the only "announcement" I know of is that it was on the back page of the grocery ad for 11/8-11/14 saying the offer went through 11/28. I have found a couple ad scans online but they are all too poor of quality to zoom in on this part enough to read it.

I just got back from the Ann Arbor Meijer's and did this twice. The catalinas didn't print so I went to the CS desk and asked for them 4 of them. She wrote them out with no questions asked! Then I used all 4 on my last order - even had them entered by the cashier. Hope you all have as much luck!

Side note: When the CS called back to the dairy department regarding the sticks to see if they were really out the dairy person said they don't carry ICBINB sticks. :hysterical: I swear, some people just make me laugh!

She investigated and called me back and said that the catalina had been changed to buy 2 get a 2.00 oyno. I told her that's not even working. She tried to do the deal to see what would happen and nothing printed. Surprise, surpise. Anyway, she was puzzled and called the catalina company. They said they pulled the catalina for all areas except the Chicago area. She was not sure why they pulled it. I have a feeling that anyone in the Chicago area better high-tail it to get in on the deal before they decide they want to pull the plug on that region also.

I think they realized that they were loosing money like crazy. I guess if we all call the catalina company and complain maybe we can get something but I wouldn't hold my breath.
I ended up getting the sticks free after the 1/1 mfg and the 1/2 mealbox coupon but a profit would have been super nice. I traded for coupons with the catalina deal in mind.

It's not your fault. How could you have known that they were going to cancel the cat? And it was running a week ago Sunday, so I wouldn't have thought they cancelled it for that week.

Also, just like Target, Meijer will soon be limiting the # of coupons we can print. Using certain Meijer coupon generating sites is illegal and considered fraudulent. Sucks, I didn't know that! Oh well, it was great while it lasted! :sad:

Also, guess we will just wait and see if any changes are made to the mealbox printing program, if they will actually limit the # of coupons we can print.....only time will tell, I just wanted to share what I heard from a store manager. If he's telling the truth or not is to be determined!

Plus, how could he actually tell if I printed my coupons off this site and not Meijer's MB site.... so odd!!

Yep, according to what my store manager was told by the catalina company, Illinois is the only place where they didn't pull the deal for some reason. I'm happy for you.

One of the store managers told me that too- like 2-3 mths ago and how they were all supposed to have different barcodes. The mealbox rep that emailed me back didn't say that was the case. Hopefully it's just another one of those cases of them not knowing what they're talking about.

You were told the same thing, 2-3 months ago....interesting....he was so nice, plus how could he tell where I got my coupons from? No way of telling, geesh I could have print 15 coupons from Meijers Mealbox website ---wasting a bunch of PAPER, but still! Yea, he was the store head mgr and I am sure he knows what he's talking about but then again you never know....:thanks7:
