Just found this coupon - makes it a better deal.
.85 total for pudding and cool whip...about $.43 each.

Walgreens has the Jello with the in ad coupon for 50 cents. If you have the 1.25/3 manufacture coupon (found @ Kroger) that brings it down to only 25 cents for all three packages, around 8 cents each!

Yeah - I saw the pumpkin cheesecake below the coupon and I'll be making that soon! Try subbing cottage cheese for ricotta - cheaper alternative! Never find ricotta cheaper than $2.50 a small tub (HEB) but cottage....$1 at Kroger!

Jello is regularly .79 at Kroger, I saw an ad for Dollar General for .69, but I clearly remember getting it for 3/$1 last year, and pudding 2/$1.
It was closer to Christmas time, after Thanksgiving I think. I had $1/2 pudding and Coolwhip, so I got both for .50 when the coolwhip was $1 and the pudding was .50. I had $1/5 and .50/3 (doubled) Jello so those were free/cheap.
