I don't think so. The mega deal is over, so they would just be .50 with coupons right? Unless there is a .50/1 I don't know about.

I still have the .50/1 IP for the Dole canned fruit. I didn't buy any on Mega Sale. So, doubled they would be free this week if you still have the IP. I have no idea if there are insert coupons?
Clevermom2004, I would think it would take off $8, unless it states a limit. I would ask first to make sure??? (I know that isn't at all helpful, lol!)

I found a booklet put out by kraft that has some coupons on the back page
$1.25/3 jello, pilly cream cheese or bakers choc.
$1.50/2 ziploc containers.
.75/1 general foods international coffeehouse beverage mix
$1/3 any dole canned pineapple
So those of you that get double coupons this would make the pineapple 3 for $1.

Watch for 1.00/1 peelies on the Private Selection Beef Snack Bites.
There is a 1.00/4 IP for the Martha White mixes.
If you still have the 1.50/2 IP from AGES ago for the Kraft Deluxe Mac and Cheese or Veletta Shells and Cheese it would be 1.80 for 2 boxes.
Farmland Rolled Sausage would be .10 each with any of the homemailer q's (.55/1-1.00/1) doubled.
Go through your Dillon's homemailers. There was a 1.00/2 for Kellogg's fruit snacks.

Ok, I answered my own question. If you play the ConAgra Recession Game you can get a coupon for 1.00/3 ANY Hunt's product. Can print twice.
So, you can get 3 cans for 2.00 or .67 each.
You can also use the .75/6 ANY yogurt cups IP (doubled to 1.00/6) to get the yogurt cups for .23 each.

I'm in Lawrence and will try to help. I'm going from memory so please forgive me. The multi-grain cheerios were 4/10, the Cinnamon Toast Crunch 4/10, Honey Nut Cheerios 4/10 and Quaker life (reg and cinnamon) and Quaker Squares all 4/10. (4/10 is before the $4 discount)
The Chex were $1.79 after discount, not bad, but not as good as the cereals above. Kix were NOT discounted unfortunately. That was the cereal that would have been free after ecoupon and .75/1 IP so I was keeping my fingers crossed.

I did the Duracell deal- I bought 6 packs with my 6 doubled coupons and only got a $2 cat. I wonder why pp got a $5- maybe my store is messed up? I didn't have anymore coupons, or would have bought more.
Also, Captain Crunch- all varieties are also included in the $1.50 after $4 off deal at the Battlefield store.

Yes!!! I did notice that they ARE!!
Also, on some of the sale boxes there is a promotion saying "Free Movie Ticket with the purchase of two specially marked boxes". I found two of these on Honey Nut Cheerios- unfortunately the size that after coupon and $4/10 is $.99 instead of .50 cents, but it works! I've already printed off my free voucher! I am just hoping I can use it this weekend without any problems!

Yes. I've given up on Shortcuts and Cellfire (although I don't usually have near the amount of problems with Cellfire). I load the coupons to my card and forget about them. If they come off fine, if not, whatever. If I'm really counting on them, they never come off. If I'm not planning on them coming off, it's like they save everything to come off at once. :hectic1:

I'm hoping to take my kids (four of them) to the Christmas Carol over Thanksgiving weekend. It costs a small fortune to take the entire family to a movie so anytime I can score some free tickets I'm excited. I'm in Lawrence and will report back if I see any of those boxes up here. You WILL be able to use them. The voucher is like cash, not a coupon. If you look at the voucher, there are a bunch of numbers and info on it and it gets put thru like a credit card transaction! :)
My DH has used them plenty of times on no pass/coupon movies and opening wknd movies.
And also thought I would mention for everyone else, that usually the vouchers print with an expiration date 2 months away. The promotion goes for a while, so you may want to clip the codes out and save them in a safe place and wait and redeem/print the codes when you are ready to go see a movie.

For anyone interested in cream cheese, it looks like there are Q's coming out this weekend.
Philadelphia Cream Cheese $1 on 3 ( exp. 12-31-09) RED PLUM/Valassis
so, if my math is right, that will make them $0.66 each (they are part of 10/10 sale)
That's a great price.....not as good as $0.50 as with the last mega sale they were included, but definitely a price hard to beat.

I went to Dillions on Sunshine yesterday. Bought some stuff and used my rc on the tuna.I bought 10 bumble bee tuna's. The register would only let me use 6 of my 10 q's. The clerk called up the manager and said the coupons exceeded the value of the tuna and I wouldnt be able to use the other q's. I kept my cool. finished transaction and went to customer service and explained to the lady that when the mega sale is going on I have no problem using 10 coupons, but I cant now. No problem she gave me $4.xx for the 4 coupons. Wierd anyone else have this problem? This is really going to jack me up with my shopping. I live in Highlandville and only come to springfield once a week. I figured getting rc, I could just get the deal the next week.

You were lucky they let you do it, IMO. With a RC they are going to enter the price as .65 and the computer will beep after the value of 10 have been entered. I.e. all coupons will double up to a 1.00 but once 6.50 has been deducted. They will beep. It the cashier overrides the coupon it will not double (I have had this happen with other deals).
I understand your thinking and how you wanted the overage but I think you were lucky to get it once. Not sure if you would again and it would take a lot of talking and hassle.

I don;t have Dillions, i have Bakers the family store. Anyhow about August they had a sample lady at the store, she was handing out $1 off Private Selection Ice Cream 48oz. This is a store coupon and good at all Family stores of Bakers. Dillions, Krogers etc. So that is how i had the coupon. It will expire in December or Jan. I didn't see Private Selection Ice Cream on sale. It was 3.49 (I believe). The Kroger brand was on sale for 1.99. My dh, the ice cream fiend, was making a mad dash for the ButterZinger (knock-off Butterfinger)!
I don't have hardly any raincheck experience. But, I know when I did have one a few weeks ago for the Nut Clusters, the 1.60 coupons beeped and were adjusted down. Normally, they would just go right through.:shrug7:
The tollhouse cookie dough (all kinds) are 2.00 each. There are e-coupons for .50/1 and I had .55/1 blinkies that doubled. Making them .50 each. I'm sure there are probably other coups available besides the blinkies?
I could not find the Trident Layers gum anywhere. Anyone find it?
They also have the peelies for a free Kraft Barbeque(sp) sauce when you buy 2 Velvetta Shells and Cheese. I got 2 boxes and a free sauce for 1.82 after my 1.50/2 coupon.
New coupon booklets at a big display of stuffing mix in the meat department:.55/1 any Pepperidge Farm puff pastry, sheets or shells, .55/1 any package of Pepperidge Farm Cookies, .55/1 any package of Pepperidge Farm Bread, rolls, bagels or english muffins, .55/3 any 3 Campbells Condensed Cream Soups or Swanson Stock 26oz.
Just an FYI for the Springfield peeps (and everyone else)
At Wal-Mart I found Progresso High Fiber Soup for 1.50. Used the 1.10 IP to get them for .40 each. I didn't even go down the soup aisle, I found them on the shelves in the check-out lanes.
And seriously, you guys couldn't have left me one stinkin' box of Kleenex at Walgreens? Pfft!:hysterical: 4 stores and not one box!!! They didn't even have the right coupon books at the stores! Everyone must have done some mad trading to get one! I got mine in a RAOK!! lol!!

I have set a new record and have not been to Dillons (or any other grocery store, including Walmart) since Monday, and that was ONLY to buy a gallon of milk. I did go to Walgreens and bought Cottonelle, liquid medicine for the vaporizer, and children's Wal-itin. I'm doing pretty good, except I'm almost out of the good frozen vegetables and will soon only be left with frozen spinach, so I'm going to have to get very creative.

Im all about people not clearing the shelves either. I really think that is part of the reason some cashiers hate couponers. :( We all love a good deal, but I think it is greedy to take all of an item. I understand if there is only one or two left, that cannot be helped, but if there is 20 I think it is rude to take them all. I do not post much, but this is a subject I am passionate about!!

Yep, Dillons has .39 turkeys. Ive bought 3 so far ( smaller ones- for regular dinners with lunch leftovers)
I didnt get any tissues either =0( I agree on shelf clearing. I spend the time and gas to go to different stores and buy an item at each. Besides not wanting to be greedy with my friends here, I really try to protect our reputation. I spend extra time and coupons to foster nice relationships with the cashiers - and I'll tell you there are definately some couponers in Springfield with a bad rep. The cashiers arent shy to talk about them when they trust you. I've had a manager apologise to me because an angry lady not only bought all of the huggies wipes, but was mad at him for not ordering more for her - because * She needed at least 8 more to complete her craigs list transaction*.

Ps. I never rely on overage for RC items. Its just a no go. I wont fight it either, because if we do that lots we may lose overage altogether someday. I will go back repeatedly to avoid having to get a RC on those types of items. I have RC for Halls and B1G1 coupons. Its going to make the halls .25 each - which is not a great deal for someone who has a crate full of free/overage Halls. When this happens I will pass on the RC and the Qs to a friend who isnt coupon savvy, or in need etc.... we get into such a routine of our max prices for stockpile that we sometimes forget that our *bad* deal is someone elses WOWZERS ! deal. I like this idea especially because it is such a *hand up* way to help someone in need and gives them some of their dignity back rather than just receiving the items themselves.....

Has anyone confirmed if the Duracell catalina deal is working in Springfield? I scrounged up 6 .75/1 (so $1 doubled!) coupons and am really excited about getting cheap batteries! Let us know if you try it! (I may get to tonight- will post if successful!)
anyone tried this???

I havent tried the duracell deal. Im thinking about it though. We have a big stash of AAs from the $1/Target deal (frees!) but Id love to get some other sizes too. Im leary of the catalina because I just dont have the extra $ to spare right now.

I'm breaking down and going to Dillons to get milk. I don't know where it all goes? I think my dh feeds ds milk all day and then wonders why he won't eat any food? Duh Honey, he's full of milk! I also have got to get some beef. I don't know what happened, but I have apparently been collecting pork steaks as if pigs were going to be extinct and that's all I have in the freezer. To avoid eating any more pork, I've been using the chicken and now I'm sick of that too. It's a vicious cycle...

*gasp* Wow. Wish I could have been in line behind that lady! I would not have been shy about telling her my feelings! :shrug7: What are some people thinking?

I hear you, people must drink milk in the middle of the night here. LOL And I think I've collected a whole pig in my freezer. I know what you mean!

$1 rayovacs at target. There was suppose to be a rayovacs q $1/1 come out 11-15 I am not seeing in the newleader. Did we get that one? I really need batteries.

Last year when these batteries were free at Target, I bought a bunch but I didn't like them. I would only buy Rayovacs if they are free, IMO. Otherwise, I stick to Duracell or Energizer.

Has anyone tried the Hasbro card game deal yet? I'm not even sure where to look for the games?

Kroger stores have select Hasbro Games B1G1 Free this week. With a B1G1 free sale at Kroger, each item rings up half price. Use the B1G1 coupon from the USA Weekend 11/15, and get two games for $2.50, but not free like some people are posting. Maybe y'all already knew this, but I had forgotten how Dillons rings up their BOGO sales.

I had read that thread and I have one of those coupons. I figured that even if I have to pay for half, it was still a good deal if they had one of the Go Fish games.

Hey there!
I have NO idea if these coupons were in the Newsleader of not. Personally, the only way I will take the Newsleader Q's is if they are free or given to me. KC Star Q's are a LOT better.....worth some extra money......(usually, but not always...like if the only flyer is a P and G)....I think. Though I realize the cost is more initially.
Just food for thought :)

You know I got a KC and a News Liar set from friends and I cant remember if the NL had the rayovac. I get the bulk of my inserts from someone in PA. I never buy papers here.

lol I dont buy the paper either. I have a couple people that do and give me their coupons. I found out that the $1/1 rayovac q is for alkaline batteries. Target is suppose to have those for $1.

Target gets them in a big bunch and when they are gone they are gone. They ran out in summer and I actually went to Branson to get 40 packs before the last Qs expired. Id guess that the one spot will get batteries again for Cmas time ( if they havent already)

Thanks for the heads up. Branson and the springfield target are about the same amount of miles for me. Going to the Branson one will just give me an excuse to go to tanger, and the Landing.
