The stroller's hinge mechanism poses a fingertip amputation and laceration hazard to the child when the consumer is unfolding/opening the stroller.

ok, i get that everything is supposed to be foolproof when it comes to kids stuff....

But WHY would the kids fingers be anywhere near the hinge while the adult is opening the stroller???
