Walgreens 11/8-11/14 Kleenex MM!!

This weeks WAGS ad has a Q on the front cover for Kleenex Facial Tissue for $1.09 ea. Good on 80, 85, 100 or 200 sheets. Limit 3.

Combine this with the WAGS $1.00 of the 85 ct boxes Q in the Healthy Savings Book. This looks like the November Coupon Book but has a woman with 2 kids baking cookies. Offers are good 11/1-11/28/09. I found this coupon book yesterday at the register. Cashier had them still in the packages so I asked if I could have one.

Then add a MFG coupon of your choice. I have only been able to find $0.50/3 kleenex Qs in my area.

So, 3 boxes of 85 ct Kleenex @$1.09 ea. - WAGS $3.00 Q - MFG $.50/3 Q = -$0.23 MM (better MFG Qs yield better results~)

I just still don't get it. I have the Nov IVC booklet with the christmas bulb on it and I have the healthy savings booklets one that has the orange circle and one that has the blue circle........I'm not seeing a kleenex coupon.........

The booklet I found looks just like a November IVC booklet and was next to the ads last week, I grabbed it thinking that was what it was till I noticed it didn't have the Almay coupon. It says Healthy Savings over $160 in savings inside! on the front. Coupons good 11/1-11/28

I found this book (with the Kleenex q's) at one of my local Wags. It's in the same place as the usual November IVC books, it just looks different. It says Walgreens Healthy Savings and has a picture of a mom with her two kids on it. It also says over $160 in savings inside.

I'm glad I aked the cashier for one. When I first looked in it I noticed it has many of the same Qs as the November IVC... I almost tossed it.. but I also noticed the L'Oreal and Revlon Qs at the back so I held onto it... Not taking any of these IVCs for granted! :wink7:

The Healthy Savings Booklet you need says "Healthy Savings" in light green at the top and has a light green border on the bottom. It had a pic of a 'mom' and 2 children with a mixing bowl & bag of flour. It says "Over $160 in savings inside" On the bottom 1/3 of the cover. I found them in the rack that holds the weekly ad. Also check the register area or the pharmacy. The Kleenex Q is top right on the 3rd from last page. :biggrin:

my walgreens wont take the month coupon with a MFQ because the MFQ already says its a MFQ on it, and we can only use it with another walgreens IVC thats it.

Yeah, I have problems at my WAGS bc they'll let me use a manuf. q w/the wags weekly ad q's, but they will not let me use a manuf. ad w/the wags booklets bc they told me even those it doesnt say it- those are also manuf...... every cashier i see says that- even my nice coupon friendly cashiers!

I would do the In-Ad Q first... (Limit 3)
Then the WAGS $1 Q (x3).
At the very least.. you get 3 boxes of Kleenex for $0.27!

If your WAGS will let you then use a MFG Q... even more savings!

Well, I have already bought about 20 boxes of the Kleenex. :sad: But I was able to use a buy 3 get the 4th free coupon and also 75 cents off 3 with each set of 4---so I ended up paying about $2.50 for every 4 boxes. I used the $5 bayer Contour RR to pay and essentially got them free except for tax. I got the 100 count b/c i do not want the tissues with lotion, so I don;t know that the 85 count would work for me. But thanks for the heads up. I will look for this coupon book.

Well I went on a goose chase tonite, and it sucked. The OP stated that the Kleenex coupon was in the "Healthy Savings" book. Well there are MORE than one of these Healthy Savings books. I spent a lot of time trying to do this deal, and then trying to find this book. I found one of them but NO Kleenex coupon. Obviously it was the other one. Usually the deals on here are pretty right on, but this one sent me in circles..so frustrated right now, and missed a lot of time with my husband tonite, because the deal wasn't very clear...Don't mean to be a jerk, but I guess, again, this is why Walgreens drives me crazy...

There are at least five store coupon booklets out right now...

1)Novemeber coupon book - green w/ an ornament on it and says "november coupon book"
2)Healthy savings book - mom baking muffins w/ her kids on teh front
another
3)healthy savings book for a healthy you - different size more 6 x 8 or so..not tall and skinny like the others.
4)Diabetic magazine w/ a small diabetic savings book attached...tan (pharmacy area)
and
5) a Kids activity/coloring type book w/ one page of coupons in it.

You know, this just really frosts me. I mean, if they are keeping these coveted coupon booklets behind the counter to stop people (and as the common folk have no clue to this deal, I am really saying savvy couponers) from using the Kleenex coupon, that is just wrong. It is not my fault that Wags put the Kleenex coupon in the weekly ad and that with this Healthy Savings q it would mean free or even MM. :nono9:

I found those coupon booklets back in the pharmacy area on the counter, today. They paid me today to take them away. lol

Took it to the BA and she did it for me and told me the down low on the books. Showed me the books under the counter. Grrrrrr.

That's idiotic!! The coupon books are DATED 11/1/09 - 11/28/09. I live in between Salem and Portland, Oregon (20 miles either direction). I work in Portland and have checked 7 stores in the immediate area.. none of the stores have them (I've even asked). Found 2 stores in Salem that had them. Don't have time to get back down there this week. I was hoping to get a few more mailed out when I posted a RAOK a few days ago...:mad20:

I posted in the weekly thread for this week that last week during the Almay deal the Nov IVC book disappeared, this week I only found 1 store out of 5 that had the Nov Healthy Savings IVC (one with Kleenex). I was wondering if they pulled the books each week.

I did not find the book at my store today. I asked a cashier I know, and she said she had not seen it. I asked the manager on my way out, and he also said he had not seen it. I have no reason to think he is lying, as he is always very coupon friendly and seems honest to me. My sister is going to mail me one, but that doesn't get me free Kleenex this week. Oh well, I did buy some of the 200 cnt. It was a good deal at $1.09 per box and I had an mq also. Counted a bit for my total also to qualify for the $5 off $25.

Interesting, I had a cashier take my coupon book after I used it for the Kleenex deal and put it behind the counter. I had to ask him repeatedly if I could have it back!!! And then, at a 2nd WAGS, the cashier tried to cut the coupon out of the book! When I told her it was the only copy I had and I wanted to keep the entire book, she told me she had to clip the coupon, that the store manager had told her "this morning" to clip all of these coupons and keep them. (also, of course, they had no more of the book in the store). I let her know (nicely) that it was a WAGS coupon, and that I knew the store did not need it -- I also told her that I had asked a manager about this in the past (I hate wasting these booklets) and the manager had told me that I could reuse it as many times as I wanted to and that the store did not need to clip it. It took me some time to get my coupon book back from her!!

Just to show the other side, I have the most coupon-friendly store on the planet and the Store Manager looked high and low for me and hasn't seen these. He also called another store in the area and they don't have them either. Luckily, A pp gave us the IVC barcode # and the cashier typed it in- it worked so the mgr said that was fine to do it that way. YAY!! I love my store!!

I couldn't find these booklets today either:( I asked at the pharmacy, and looked around, but decided not to waste to much time on it. I gave up,lol, and just spent my $10 RR (sudafed deal) on the 7 day coupons on the baking items (flour/sugar/marshmellow creme).

If your store still has Kleenexes there is a $.75/1 ANY Kleenex product on the KMart website, it is a Manufacturer's Q so shouldn't be a problem. Havn't tested it yet because the 4 wags I went to today were out. If you use 3 that's nearly $2 MM
