It says "Purchase Price of Gift Card must exceed $10.00". Does that mean it can be $10 or it must be at least $10.01? Anyone know?

Yes... I would buy a $15 gift card for this one, I usually buy one for my local supermarket or Walmart because their GC can also be used at Sam's Club too. Your going to be spending money at those places anyways so it works out well.

That's what I was thinking too but I just called them to check b/c of the weird wording and customer service said a $10 gift card is fine. It could be $10 or higher. :smile:
