Be on the lookout. I ran into a special cardboard display seperate from the meter display this morning in Tampa. It had Contour Meters with one of the new A1C meters attached wrapped together in one package. Yellow banner across front says "Buy a Contour Meter, Get Bayer's A1CNow Selfcheck FREE!"
I checked online and Walgreen's SELLS these for $29,99 so if you have diabetes like I do or know someone that does our just want to donate to a nursing home this is a KILLER deal!!!!
Rang up at $14.99 - the coupon so both for FREE and I got the $5 RR

I found these as well, and just wondering if I should hold onto a few of the meter q's in case they do the B1 get $10 RR deal on them like they did last time. Anyone have any thoughts as to whether they will run that deal this month? TIA

They worked for me. I was excited to see them as I am diabetic. Dont much care for the meters (you can always find those free) but excited about the a1c meter.

I got 6 free AIC's!
I had 40 coupons, used 20 today and am saving the other 20, unless I find more meters with the free AIC.

Found those at my store also.
FYI, both items have barcodes and there is a white sticker (on shirkwrap) that covers the barcode on the AIC meter. On one of mine, it was only half covered so when she scanned it, it picked up the AIC meter code and rang up $29.99, so that created some problems. It was easily voided and fixed.

Maybe one way to go is to ask the help when their weekly truck will arrive.
I am guessing that many Contour / A1C bonus packs have yet to be delivered (they could be on a delivery schedule that is 'staggered'), since some have reported to be on the lookout for a stand alone display near the pharmacy counter.

I have found that stores like Walgreens and especially Rite Aid rely on current inventory when it comes to something going on sale and then anticipating the weekly truck for a restock / resupply.

I saw an end shelf of these and were priced like 70 or something. I knew I should have seen if they would ring up 14.99! Awesome my father in law can use these. Thanks OP :wavehi:
