10 minute sales

Just A FYI our hy-vee in Dubuque, Ia on Locust st. has a 10 minute sale every 1st thursday of the month. Starting a 4:00 pmevery 10 minutes 2 item go on sale for well...10 minutes. These items are not advertised and you don't know the price utill they announce it over the loudspeaker. Sometimes there are some really awsome deals and sometimes its a 2hour wasted trip. *sigh* I just moved to WI so i am hoping this is not a wasted trip. Usually just a lurker...but thought i would share. ~kim:wink7:

My store does that on Fris? Not always tho. They do it with stuff like pizzas and crab legs. But I don't call any kind of meat at $13.99/lb a good deal, but maybe I'm just unrefined teehee!
