Bi-Lo: Free SH potato chips for filling out survey

At the bottom of the Bi-Lo receipt is a code and instructions for filling out their suvey for a chance to win a $250 GC. At the end of the survey, you are prompted to print out a Q for a free 5 oz. bag of Southern Home potato chips. These are $1.25 ea. Since it's a store Q and not a manu. Q, there is no tax. It looks like these Qs are good through 11-11-09.

Thanks Vicki, So I have to ask a really lame question.

I fill out the survery when ever they print out on my receipts. But when I print the coupon it always says 1 per customer (or whatever it says). If I take the survey 3 times, can I use 3 coupons at three different time?

These coupons are thank you gifts for filling out the survey.Every time you do a survey you can get a coupon.You can not print it 2 or 3 times from one survey is what it means 1 per customer.You can do 3 surveys & use them at 3 different times.I ask CS about them.HTH
