Buy some breeze or contour monitors with the free coupon or the Nova Max Monitor to get your total up to $30.

Thanks, but all the stores here are already wiped clean of the diabetes monitors. I was able to still put together a decent deal with the Glade and Softsoap stuff, plus some soda I needed to buy anyway that was producing ECBs. I got to the register and this coupon would not scan. The cashier didn't seem very coupon savvy, but he tried scanning it several times and also tried manually keying it in. When he did that, he asked me if I had used it before. I said I had just printed it today. After trying like 8 times he gave up, and I didn't want to push it because I had a lot of other coupons to use. Pretty frustrating though, as I had to pay cash OOP when I was expecting to break even.

Anyone else use this successfully yet? The only thing I can think of is I printed in black and white fast quality, but that's never been an issue before.

I printed from 4 different computers, and the UPC is the same on all - has anyone else gotten duplicates?

It would make sense if they switched to the same UPC, as it will limit it to one use per card (not good for us, but good for CVS).

Quiz is pretty much dead. Died a little over a day ago - I was watching the discussion on another forum and they all suddenly started getting the same barcodes - presumably, it will be invalid and beep 'already used' when you try to use it b/c tons and tons of people have the same barcode now and surely it has already been used. bummer. I'm hoping it's a 'glitch' that they can fix, but not so sure...

I think they learned from the Flu Shot $/$$ Q's. Alot were printed with different bar codes.

Yes but is the bar code: 876000 594100 If so then it will beep when you go to use it stating that it has already been used. The quiz was giving out unique bar codes for each coupon but then it "broke" and is now giving the same bar code to everyone and when you try to redeem it, the cashier gets a message saying this coupon has already been redeeemed.
