While shopping today at the kings grant location in garner, NC, one of the stock managers told me that triples are next week. I hope she's right! She has been every other time she's told me :)

I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hope that 1) this is true and 2) that it's true for Northern Virginia. I am going into withdrawal on triples. Bloom hasn't done it since Spring. And with HT alternating it isn't enough! <sigh> We are so incredibly spoiled here. I can't imagine living in the LOND!

I will check with the Scan Coordinator Manager (friend of mine who works in N VA stores) that assists in pricing, the sales ads, etc. this week and see if she can tell me ahead of time. Probably I can find out Monday or Tuesday. I will let you know.
Let's hope so. Have a good weekend--:shrug7::hectic1::BigHand:

I was in a Charlotte, NC HT today and basically begged for information. A person pretty high up told me that they would have a triples soon, but not next week. My friend reminded me that we usually know before them. I hope it is next week either way it sounds pretty definate it will be triples not SD and it will be soon!

Anyone know if Gastonia, NC is participating?
I haven't ever done triples @ HT.
How many cpns can you triple? Up to what amt do they triple? How many per like item?
Any other info on their triples is appreciated.
Thanks so much!

I hope this is true too.
On the "other site", some are now saying Triples won't happen until week of 11/11/09--so who knows? Same site that originally stated the 11/04/09 rumor--:hectic1::rolleyes24:

You are in for a treat! You can triple up to 20 coupons per day. They will triple up to .99. You can use 3 coupons per like item...switch it up on flavors if there's multiple flavors/kinds of something you like to get more than 3 (i.e. you have a coupon for campbell's soup- you can use 12 like q's so long as you're getting at least 4 diferent kinds of soup).

You guys will get a kick out of this---my 17 yr. old had to do a budget for her Economics class that showed how she spent her "salary". She included everything and her teacher asked her about her unusually low grocery allotment. She told him---coupons! He then told her she had to make this budget realistic and coupons were not allowed. WHAT???? You should have seen the look on her face (she has been with me to grocery and drug stores where I know most of the cashiers and all of the managers by name) when she was telling me this. Horrified (which is how I felt about the teacher saying such blasphemy!!). Priceless. She went on to tell him that he needed to have her Mom come in and teach the class how to save a ton of money by couponing. I'm so proud! :biggrin:

Confirmed in Durham, NC. One employee was surprised to see me in the store at a different day and time than I usually go shopping. I told him that whenever they had triples again, he was likely to see me daily. He winked and told me he'd be seeing a lot of me next week. I then specifically asked him if triples would be next week, and he confirmed. Let's cross our fingers that this is all true!

I had teachers like that. Maybe that is why they are teaching that class and not out making the big money on Wall Street. LOL. Looking forward to the triples week. Thanks for the news.

You should give her a few recent receipts to take to class with the coupon savings highlighted on each one to prove to him just how 'real' they are!

Manager in the Cornelius store confirmed triples for 11-4 when I was in there today using up all of my expiring coupons. If you are in the area I left great coupons for Dawn, Snyders and Morningstar Farms on the shelves in front of the products. Maybe someone can use them before the end of the day.
