Hello everyone,

My name is Charlotte & I live in Texas. I am new to the website, but not to coupons. My hubby is active duty military. We have been moving & I have been coupining for 16 years (man, that makes me feel old :giggle2:)!

PS ~ If there is anyone here from Abilene TX - Walmart no longer takes internet coupons (Smartsource, *********, etc). Found out the hard way last Saturday. :rolleyes24:

I'm not sure. The lady at customer service told me it was nationwide. I found out after I had checked out & the cashier forgot my coupons. I had to go to customer service to get my money back & that is when I found out.

Sorry to hear about WalMart's new policy...I found out that Von's (a Safeway family store) is now refusing IPs is they are B1G1 free or frees:sad:

There's lot of help here..this is definitely the best site to find the deals!!

I visited San Diego, but we never lived there. We are originally from Georgia (GOOOO DAWGS!!!), Anchorage, Alaska, Japan, and now Abilene. If there is anyone around here, United Grocery stores DO accept the IPs. They are a little more expensive, but that kind of makes up for it.

Hi all new fellow Texans......Welcome to HCW....I too am from Texas and I am a Mod here for Walgreen's. Our Walmart here on the South coast of Tx still takes coupons. That may change but for now we can still use them.

Welcome from another military person!

One of the things you will learn around here is that Walmart doesn't know anything. Their coupon policy (http://walmartstores.com/7655.aspx)states they take internet coupons! You need to get your hands on a copy of it to take to your store.

Be sure to check the grocery store forum to check your local store sales and drug stores like cvs,walgreens etc to maximize your savings.
