CVS-getting emails to use in store

So I read on here that if you aren't getting emails sent to you from CVS for $/$$ or other goodies that you need to call or email cvs. so I did. The response was that you only get certain things emailed to you based on your spending habits at cvs. Also they said that sometimes the coupons they email are limited supply. Has anyone ever heard this? I thought that they just emailed everyone the same thing and if you didn't get it then maybe something was wrong with your email account they have listed. Any thoughts?

I don't know. I have my email set up online right. I have never heard of that. I know some stores give coupons based on spending habits. I emailed CVS the other day about it and this was the response I got... :giggle2:

I talked to CS months ago b/c for a while, I was getting $/$$ emails and product coupons, then they stopped. She said there are soooo many extra care card members, that they spread the discounts around. Some of it is based on how much you spend, how long you've had your card, rx's filled.....
I don't worry about them now, if I get one, its a nice bonus :)

I got an email yesterday from cvs asking me if i wanted to take a survey sunday morning and to have the walgreens and cvs sales ads in front of me. They said i will get a $ 10.00 ECB for answering some questions. Anyone else get this?

You are one lucky CVSer. I signed up for surverys several months ago and nothing yet.
