More than 2 months ago I sent this form together with a receipt and haven't received any rebate. My friend sent this form too and she still don't have any luck to get money back.

thanks for the heads up on this MIR, does this have a 800 # you can call in case you didnt receive. In the past the ones that dont come and have a #800 I get because I save copies of all the rebate before I mail it in. Learned that the hard way. But if their isnt a 800# to call I usually pass because I am not wasting a stamp to play the run a round game with them to get my rebate.

On the form it says for inquiries or rebate call 1-888-285-9159. Must be postmarked by 3/7/10. Limit 1 rebate per household, but in RI it says limit 2. Allow 8 weeks for delivery.

A couple weeks ago, Walgreens had these free after register rewards. If you still have your receipt(s) you can probably submit that receipt & it would be a moneymaker :)

Just found my answer in todays inserts. Theres an ad for Walgreens on this with a $3. coupon and mentions the rebate. Feature price is $10.

It may be monthly on some items. Yes there's a hangtag too w/the $3 coupon & there's a rebate w/the form too. Not sure if it's the same address from the hangtag vs the printable one to mail it in though.

I heard somewhere, and I can't remember where, that this rebate might have been extended. Does anyone have any info either way? I found a hangtag on this product at Rite Aid today, but it was for the same dates.
