Sorry if I am stepping on anyone's toes by adding this but I have a couple of questions about the sale items in this ad.
1. Does anyone know if the Breeze, Contour, Nova Max, or Freestyle come with test strips?
(I can tell you that the Accucheck does NOT!)
2. What's the deal with the One Touch Strips, there isn't a price for that.
Are there any coupons out there for any of these? I have the Accu Check but not really interested in it because of the no test strips.

The Contour comes with ten test strips, just to start you off. I haven't tried the others, so I don't know if they come with strips or not. HTH

Wasn't sure if I should post here or on the actual ad thread?
On the Gillette Razors, will I get ECB for buying the Fusion razors AND the Venus? Or is it just one or the other. TIA!

Great! I've been waiting for a good price on Xtra! Time to get ready to stock up.
ETA: There are .55/1 Mentos Gum coupons (the one I have expires 01.31.2010) and this week they'll be .99, so .44 each. Not too bad!

If you buy 26 and have 26 coupons use $5/$25 and that will make the $.25 each for a grand total of $6.50

Hmmm...let's see the raincheck is for sale price $3.99 and get $3.00 ecb's back right? and the actual sale this week is bog 1/2 off right?
My guess is they will make you choose between the 2 promotions (price wise) but still give you the $3.00 ecb per nail polish. kwim.
1. They'll ring up at $3.99 and give you $3.00 ecb per raincheck
OR
2. Scan per the current sale bog 1/2 off. (I don't know if $3.99 if regular price or discounted price. ???) and then force the $3.00 ecb's.
But it could be totally ymmv depending on the cashier and how confused she might get or how she/he believes it should be done. kwim.
Hope that helps.

This will work fine. The problem comes when people try to use TWO coupons because they are buying a double pack, which is a big no-no. You are buying a single item because they are scanning a single barcode, right? You are just getting two products in that single pack. For example, if you had a coupon for $1 off of apples, you couldn't use eight coupons because there were that many in the bag. Hope that is just a visual that makes sense for you!

Green works:$2.99
so free if you have the $3/1 IP
The Green Works $3/1 IP coupon that I see in the DB is for the laundry detergent. The CVS $2.99 sale however, is on the Green works cleaning products, not on the laundry detergent.

Dove Shampoo & Conditioner, GDA, 5/$3.50 or $0.70 each (cmricha2)
or 5/$2.50 ($0.50 each)
Total:5/$3.50 or $0.70 each (2 poos & 3 cond) or 5/$2.50 ($0.50 each) - all conditioners
Sale: 2/$8, $10 ecb wyb $20
MQ: $1 Poo, $1.50 Conditioner 10-04 RP
ECB Earned: 10
Math: $4x5 = $20 - 2 - 4.50 = 13.50 - 10 ecb = 3.50
or if you buy all conditioners:
Math: $4x5 = $20 - 7.50 = 12.50 - 10 ecb = 2.50
I was looking in the DB, and found a Satisfaction Rebate for the conditioner. It is up to $8.00, but I'm thinking they'll just refund you $4.00:shrug7:. Anyways, any little bit helps!

I was coming to post about the $2.99 Green Works as well. It does specify laundry detergent on that coupon and unless the OP knows something we don't, I do not think the detergent is part of the $2.99 sale.
Also on the printable Campbell's coupon. They specify cooking soups. Are we sure those will be 2/$1? Or is is just chicken noodle, tomato, etc?

Not the best deal, but if
1. you need it
2. have the CRT
3. it is included
Mennen Speedstick 24/7, GDA, $0.49/1 (ekoury)
Total: $0.49/1
Sale: $2.49/1
MQ: none
CRT: $1 off any Speedstick 24/7 or PRO
ECB Earned: 1
MAth: $2.49 - 1 ECB - $1 CRT = $0.49/1
The ad does not specify if 24/7 is included, so we'll see...
I hope I get that CRT :) There is also a TMF out for the Speedstick PRO (I traded for mine so I'm not sure where or when they were found), so it would be a MM with that.

any posts about the nature's bounty supplements. I am confused
on this deal.
CVS usually does not offer a b1g1 free and earn a ECB too.
The ad states it is a b1g1 free and also you get $3 when you buy 2 nature's
bounty supplements limit 3 per card.
So if I buy the one and get the other free does that quilify for the
buy 2 and get the $3 ecb?
Or do you actually have to buy 2 and then get 2 free to get the $3 ecb?
The cvs stores here do not have shelf tags on this offer. I have looked at couple of
different cvs locations. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance

Well, sometimes they do offer BOGO/ECB deals, but they are far and few between. The difference is with this deal, its quantity versus dollar amount. If it had been, for example, buy $15 in NB vitamins, get a $5 ecb, you pick up 2 bottles at $7.99, then the free item would not have counted towards to dollar amount required. But this deal is buy 2, get $3, it doesn't matter that the 2nd item is free, just that you bought 2 to reach the requirement.
My store is usually pretty good about putting up shelf tags, but I always grab a copy of the ad just in case. Should you buy the vitamins and the ECB not print, you can show the cashier and s/he can force print using the promo code in the ad.

Went back today and there was a display of Pepsi 2lts with a sale tag of 2/$3, but nothing about $1 ECB. Couldn't find a clip-free booklet and I needed them anyway for school donation, so I grabbed 2, used a .99 ecb and $1/2 q paid $1.12. When I got in the car to look over the cpns that printed, sure enough there was a $1 ECB!! :BigHand:

I did the Nature's Bounty deal yesterday.
(2) Fish Oil 120 softgels @ $10.99 = $21.98
- $10.99 BOGO
- $2 (2 x $1 off Nature's Bounty)
= 8.99
- $3 ECB
= $5.99 for 240 fish oil softgels, a great price IMO

there was a post about using the campbells soup coupon. it is good on the "cooking soups" which appear to be :
beef broth, beef consomme, beefy mushroom, broccoli cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, a can of "cream of anything", fiesta nacho cheese, french onion, golden mushroom, & TOMATO.
as far as i know, only tomato is available at cvs. so please make sure the soup you choose says "cooking soup" on the label, or is listed here.
thanks.
