Kudos to those of you who posted about having the folks in the meat dept grind this up!
I was only able to get one package this last time, as I was short on cash - any ideas as to when they will do this type of deal again?

I was told by my butcher that they only get the sirloin tips in once a year. Seems strange that they would only get them once a year but that is what he told me. I was able to get a rain check but I guess if that is the case the only way I will get to use it is to wait until next year. Guess it's a good thing they don't expire.

I believe the last time was May or June. So every 4 months, or 3 times a year.
