I was able to do a great deal yesterday with the Kellogg's Buy 8 products,
get $10 back. I had 8 $1/1 q's, 5 doubled, the last 3 didn't, of course. I also bought some fruit. One of my $1/1 q's was for Corn Flakes w/Honey, which doubled. Another q I had was for "Save $1 on produce WYB 1 box
of Corn Flakes w/Honey". When the cashier scanned it, the register beeped and said "too many coupons". The cashier wouldn't push it through
because she said I couldn't use it because I already used a q for the cereal. I've stacked at PNS before and haven't had a problem. I didn't argue the point because I paid OOP $1.42 for 8 boxes of cereal, 5 apples,
and 2 Blue Bunny Personals which I had a B1G1F q. So how come register
said "too many coupons"?

I've combined those particular Qs at my PnS before, the cashier had to manually push them through, but had no issue with it. I think that the $1 on produce Q is coded to attach to the cereal when it is scanned, so since your 1/1 Corn Flakes Q already attached to the cereal in the register's viewpoint, it wouldn't also allow the 1/1 produce wyb Corn Flakes Q to attach to it. IMO the cashier should have pushed it through, but it was just the way the coupons are coded that caused the "too many coupons" issue.

Thanks for the response. I think she should have pushed it through also, but I wasn't
going to push the issue d/t the great deal I got-

Yep, agree with Purr there. I get the same issue if I use say .75/3 Hamburger helper, and $1 off of ground beef wyb hamburger helper at the same time. The q attaches to the hamburger helper, which then makes it too many coupons like you had.
