Walgreens Theraflu question?

I wasn't going to do the Theraflu deal, so I didn't pay enough attention to all the details. Now I want to help my sister do it. Can someone please tell me if the IVC is working on boxes and bottles now?

yes, the ivc worked for me on the bottles and boxes 3 times now.

IVC has not worked for me on bottles or boxes at one Wags.....worked at another Wags earlier that day.....same coupon...same theraflu. Go figure.

Did not work on bottles or boxes for me. One manager did a price adjustment at 2.99 for me and my RR printed.

worked fine for me on the bottles, but you have to scan your Man. Qs FIRST - THEN the IVC - otherwise the Man. Q's beep.

I always make sure they scan the MQ before IVC. Still beeped. The supervisor just told them to void out the Theraflu and price modify it to $2.99 rather than use the IVC....works for me.

I ALWAYS give the MQ first, but it still beeped. I read something about some of the books being orange writing on the cover (which are suppose to be working) and some being green (like mine) which are the ones not working.

My monthly book is orange but the IVC I used is out of the Healthy Savings book (Green writing, African American family on cover, "Over $30 in Savings Inside" (White letters, orange around it) -- don't know if that helps or not

Same thing for me last month.
One rogue store - ivc didn't scan on boxes - the price had to be modified.

Also I didn't get the rr for boxes at the store that the ivc didn't scan at.

Like prev posters they had to price modify my box (for $2) on the last sale.
I am still waiting on my rr credit for the boxes. :sad: Can take up to 12 weeks.

This time I haven't shopped that store, just my local store.

OP, I suggest you buy the warming liquid ones. Those have been the only constant rr producing ones for me during both sales.

I would only buy sugar free boxes or gold sinus boxes at a store that is fluent in rr speak since they were the culprits at the bad store. LOL

Thanks so much for all of the replies. We had no trouble with our purchases of Theraflu. I bought 3 boxes(bonus ones) and rang my ivc last, no beeps. MY sister bought bottles and rang her ivc first, still no beeps:smile:

beeped for me and my clerk told me that I couldn't use the wags coupons. she said her manager got a letter from Wags that the coupon was no good. why do they make stuff up?
