Welcome! The clip free books come out every month. They are pretty much worthless. They have very few ECB deals in them. Used to be, there were monthly ECB books at CVS full of ECB deals for the whole month. Now, ocasionally there will be a deal using the clip free book, but it is so rare that most people do not even pay attention to them anymore.

thanks for the info... i'm a newbie too..... wasn't exactly getting the idea behind a "clip-free" coupon book.... just sounds like the sale price to me
