Just curious...my MIL got it, she gave it to me, but she threw away everything else that came with it. It says you could save $20 in 4 weeks by shopping at Meijer. On the back it's got a box for each of the 4 weeks and says save $5 off your purchase of $40. It gives a brief list of exclusions, but doesn't specify if you can only use it once each week or not.
