Question about wording on blinkie

I'm familiar with the "coupon not subject to doubling" yellow bar sometimes on the front of the coupon. What about, on the back, I found one that says "Redeemable at face value only"?? That would mean dnd, or triple, right?
I've never seen this wording before, has anyone else?

I have seen that wording and that was my assumption about its meaning.

I've seen it a few times.. yes that's what I took it to mean also.. face value only.. no doubling or tripling.. ;)
