Are these good in any state? I'm in VA and want to know if it's worth trying to trade for one of these.

Does anyone have the details of this rebate? Specifically, I am wondering if you have to buy the baking soda and the laundry detergent in the same transaction (so submit 1 CRT) or if you can submit more than one CRT.
I already bought Arm & Hammer laundry detergent and I'm just wondering if I can use that purchase toward this rebate. I found the box with the MIR form on/in it at the grocery store, but the "fine print" must be on the inside of the box. I already have plenty of baking soda, so I didn't want to go and buy more to get the form if I couldn't do the rebate.
Reps to anyone that can answer my question! Thanks!!!
