Thanks for the scan! I tried to rep ya, but I gotta spread the lurve. Does anybody spot any deals? The only deal that has potential is, in my opinion, the buy $10 get $3 Glade - it's only valid for the holders and refill packs though. If anyone still has the $2/1 Glade holder qs, it might be a good deal.
I don't see anything else though! Aaargh! Whatever will I do with my expiring EBs?

There is a $3 q for the NetiPot on the NeilMed Web site (http://www.neilmed.com/). There is also a $3 MIR for the sinus rinse packets available from the site. (Go to "Customers," "Rebate/Coupons," and "USA.")
This is most likely useful only if you really want these products.

I hear ya. There's really been nothing good lately with the exception of the Glade and Vasoline Sheer Infusion deals.. and nothing good coming up, hopefully Black Friday will change that. I have some ECB that I've been holding out on but they're going to expire soon.

And we certainly appreciate everything you do for us! I just keep reminding myself that there are so many of us and so few mods (compared to the number of posters) that it would be really unfair if the posters did not follow some simple directions from the mods. I know online prices aren't always the same as in store, but thought I would check to get an idea. Every item was $47 with the exception of one which was on sale for $61, down from $69. A good deal perhaps if you need it, but definantly not a money maker. Perhaps, hopefully, fingers crossed, wishing on a star that some of the items in the store are cheaper.

Not sure on the reg price, I know you can search for the product at CVS.com, sometimes the prices are different in-store. But if you're really wanting to try it, I know your OOP will be high, but there's a $20 MIR wby $50 (valid 10/29-12/31. Void in Maine) which could make it a decent deal.

I just got back from doing the Glade deal. Since all the CVS' around here don't carry the tins the only option is the glass holders. Make sure you check the price of them at the scanner before though. The Dewberry scent glass holder was ringing up at $5.79! The Clean Linen was ringing up at $2.50 and those were the only 2 scents they had.

So I bought my Novamax meter yesterday afternoon, and my wife noticed that it had not said the limit was reached - the receipt showed both the 10/25-31 Novamax and the 11/1-7 one separately. The 10/25-31 had always showed limit reached at 1.
Has someone hit the limit? Is it 2? 3?
I've got a flu 5o25 expiring Tues, and nothing to use it on unless I can get a couple more meters.

If you look in thier holiday book, it says prices start at $47.00. Umm no thanks, I'm too poor!
I wouldn't count on it being a good deal, at least by my standards. That stuff is ridiculously expensive - around $50-$60 each.

I did the deal yesterday and the limit was reached at 2. I did not buy a meter during the week of 10/25, thus I had nothing on the receipt from that week about the meter. I thought I was buying the meter for the week of 10/25, but as I can see the new deal took over.

There were some nice B1G1F coupons for the Olay lotion and bodywash in the October All You magazine. These would go nicely with the ECB deal.
Anyone know the Olay lotion price?

I was in Walgreens recently and I found a $2.00 off pump. So I was waiting for a deal like this. It is a manufacture coupon but it does say redeem at Walgreens, my CVS has taken manufacture coupons like that in the past but check yours.
Doesn't that q expire 10/31? mine does anyway.:shrug7:

I did this today:
If your store allows you to use Expired Q's (mine does for up to a week)
Oral B Pulsar PRO HEALTH ONLY, $1.01MM
Price: 6.99
MC: BOGO (9/13 RP)
MC: 3Q (11/1) NOTE: The Q says $3 off any Pro Health TB with a battery. The pulsar's do have batteries! Q beeped but I made my case.
EB earned: 5.00
Math: 2 x 6.99-BOGO coupon-3Q= 3.99 and get back 5EB so 1.01MM!!
If your store doesn't allow you to use expired Q's:
Oral B Pulsar PRO HEALTH ONLY, $2.98/2 with MBG
Price: 6.99
MC: 2 x 3Q (11/1) NOTE: The Q says $3 off any Pro Health TB with a battery. The pulsar's do have batteries! Q beeped but I made my case.
EB earned: 5.00
Math: 2 x 6.99-2 x3Q= 7.98 and get back 5EB so $2.98 for both.
Note that I thought these were terrible. I hated the vibration. It was a MM for me but for those that pay $2.98 its a worthwhile investment since there is a Money Back Guarantee on the package- and up to 3 refunds per household!

I went tonight and used a $5/$30 coupon. My total after tax came to $30.56. I handed her my q and she said, my before tax was only $28 xx and that I needed to bring that up to $30. I have never had to do this. Is this correct? I am very peeved with as they wouldn't take my ECB that was for only $2 but expired Tues. Horrible customer service!

I have always thought that you had to be above $30 before tax, so I've never tried to do it the other way to see if it works or not. There are three stores that I shop at, and only one of them will take an expired ECB - and they will only accept them during the same sale week.

my first GREAT deal at cvs was last night. i am thrilled. i have been only averaging around 50% off with my coupons so far and after going over my receipts for last month i was very disappointed. this month is shaping up lol!
i got 4 dayquil for $5 each. i used a $5/$20 printable cvs coupon (from a longs that was converted to a cvs? don't really know what longs is but they took it!) then i used $10 ecb from dove deal, then i used 4-$1/1 dayquil man qs and my total was $1.83 OOP and i got $10 ecb! i went to the other store in town and did it again with my dh's card. i used his flex card for both so i really had no oop and got $20 ecb. woo hoo! ;)

Well, congrats and welcome! :wavehi: You are doing a great job. It takes a little bit of time to learn CVS, but once you get a hang of it, it offers great rewards! Do not get frustrated if your totals seem to run a little higher that some posters show here. Eventually, you will come out of CVS spending less than $1 on a ton of stuff and that's when you can really appreciate how much this forum and spending some time on figuring the whole coupon thing out pays off.

As far as I know, your total for the merchandise being purchased has to be $30 or more BEFORE tax. As for not accepting exp. ECB, this is very YMMV. Have you ever asked them about it? Some CVS around here accept expires up to 1 week after the exp. date. However, you need to know that in advance, otherwise you might get a surprise like that one. And you need to periodically check the rules with cashiers to make sure they have not changed.

I haven't seen anyone mention the "Buy Glade Scented Oil Candles holder, get a refill pack FREE" insert Q, just blinkies (???). I think this was from last Sundays paper (can't check database due to using a Blackberry right now). Does my scenerio look correct (excuse my math if not in true form).....
4 Glade candle holders
4 Glade refills
Gillette Custom Plus disposable 4ct
$20 + $5.99 = $25.99 - $4/$20 - (4) $2 holder - (4) free refill wyb holder - $2 Gillette = $1.99 and receive $6 ECB and $2 ECB...... Also send of for $5 SC johnson MIR
