Lowes Foods - FYI Special K FRC not working

Just wanted to make sure everyone knows that the Special K Fresh Rewards Cash deal is not working properly. I've done it 2 times and neither time have I got my $5 FRC certificate. The man at customer service said that they've been having problems with that one producing the $5 FRC.

So...make sure you get your $5 FRC if you do this deal. If not, customer serivce can handle it. They gave me a hand-written FRC each time. :biggrin:

Really!!?? When this happened to me yesterday, the store took my info and said they had to call their customer service to find out what to do. Grr... No call back yet and I want my $5 FRC!!!!:hectic1:

Update: Finally got my call today. I was told that the Fresh tomato and basil crackers are not part of the deal. That's why I didn't get my FRC.

However, I am 99% sure there were tags under the ones I bought....Grrr....Guess I know what's going to be returned.
