I am not sure I am doing this right, but does anyone have a simple spreadsheet made up that you could figure Sale price, RR, OOP, coupons, etc. to get to the bottom line of how much you saved. I would really appreciate it.
I am sure i can make one up but my brain isn't working right now.

Hi TamayraS. Welcome to HCW and the WAG forum. I moved your question to a new thread. I'm sure someone will have what you're looking for.

I did have one, but then they quit using the rebates. If anyone is using one, I would like to at least see a screen shot also! :) thanks in advance

Here's the Excel spreadsheet I use:
http://home.snu.edu/~clindsay/shop/WalgreensPlanner.xls (http://home.snu.edu/%7Eclindsay/shop/WalgreensPlanner.xls)
When I started sharing it with the ladies in the office, I added some basic instructions in it to help explain how to use it. I create a new sheet for each week, so there are quite a few sheets in it now. Just look for the latest sheet (10-11-09) and use that one to start your own shopping list.

Thanks for the reps! I'm glad you like it and hope you find it as useful as I do. I actually print it off and put it in the Walgreen's folder of my coupon binder so I can refer to it in the store. For me, having it all printed out helps me to not get overwhelmed in the store. It's kinda like my security blanket.
For anyone who may have already downloaded it... I realized tonight that I had saved my scenarios for this week to my hard drive and not the network drive accessed via the link I provided. I've updated that link to include my scenarios for this week so if you are interested in those you can download it again.

Awesome spreadsheet!
My only thought would be to factor the RR dollar amount into your subtotal like the register does, instead of subtracting it in after tax is added. The only reason being that the RR cannot pay for tax.... so its kinda hard to see when that happens in the spreadsheet. The register will definately not let you do that.

Thanks! Sometimes I get confused regarding taxes, so I've always just used the subtotal as my guide for how much $RR I can use. My rule of thumb is the amount of RRs I use can not exceed that subtotal. I've made some changes to the spread sheet if you want to download it again. Look at sheet 10-18-09, the totals beneath Transaction 2. Is this what you had in mind?
This spreadsheet was originally based on my CVS spreadsheet and since I think of extrabucks as cash rather than coupons it sort of carried over into my thinking with RR's when I first started learning Wags. Thanks for the suggestion!
