I am new to CVS since we just recently got one. Well, it's 50 miles away, but... Anyway, I misplaced my ECB and they expired so I just returned the items. However, I had used some ECBs to pay. When I got the refund I only got the amount that I paid in cash and not the total. :hectic1: Is this right? Because I still lost money then because I could have used those ECBs to pay for something else. Shouldn't they at least give you store credit back for that amount? :shrug7:

i sort of think this one is a wash, and i wouldn't do anything else.

it is our job to not let the ecbs expire, and i think returning things because of that is iffy.

but , yes, if things are returned, normally you do get the full price back, in the same method you used to pay for it, so your cash comes back as cash, your credit card gets a chargeback, and the ecbs are dropped onto a money card.
