Hello all, hope you can help me out there. Im getting married next July and my sister is doing the wedding cake. She likes to use the pillsbury super moist cake mix and I was wondering if there are any coupons out there that I can find and use. Someone told me hyvee had them on sale for .99 which is a good price but If I can find some coupons it would be even better. thanks for any help.

I have heard there are tearpad coupons out there for $1/2 Pillsbury baking items, so I would think the cake mixes qualify. I have not seen the tearpads at any of my local stores, but have heard someone say they found theirs at Rainbow. HTH.

Actually Walmart is cheaper for your mix. Pillsbury cake mixes are .88 regular price at my Walmart, and they sometimes go on sale for .69 a box. I haven't seen any qs tho lately.

For the past 2 years, Hy-Vee has had one week where they put them on sale, then have an in-ad coupon that is worded like, "buy 5 Pillsbury item, get $X.XX off." Anyway, 2 years ago it made them 29c a box, and last year they were 38c a box. I can't remember precicely when this happens, though. I know it will be by spring cuz it hasn't happened in a while, it is just a matter of how soon you want them in your hot little hands...LOL! BTW, congrats!

OK, I just did a quick search and found it in early November of last year. I didn't continue to dig, but am assuming it was the same the year before.

Awesome possum. I've been mixing cake mixes with all the Jello pudding mix I ended up with to make awesome pudding brownies. Couponing is making me get creative with my baking :giggle2:
