Snapple MIR... 2 checks?

I got my refund from the snapple rebate the other day... twice.

The checks were issued one right after the other (the numbers on the checks go in order) and arrived on the same day. One was made out to my "first initial last name" and one was made out to my full name.

Did this happen to anyone else? Thoughts on what I should do?

I only got one. My guess is it was some sort of mistake. Is the amount on a single check correct?

Yes... same amount on both checks. Weird.

I should add...I shredded my 2nd check....just doesn't seem right to cash it....kwim?

So weird. I am guessing it was some kind of computer glitch. I would try to contact them--I think there is a phone number or something on the stub attached to the check. Or maybe I am confusing it with another rebate. =)
