Ok becouse I know alot of you go on Sd as well they are trying to say for each card you have you can get a Turkey. From what I remember from last year (and I have a great memory) it is one per household- I've seen them combine cards becouse it's in same household. Anyway just a fyi.

I stopped at twp different stores this morning and did three transactions. The first two trans at the first store did not show Thanksgiving amount at the bottom of the receipt. The second store did, but it didn't include the previous transaction's amounts. Don't know if it was a store thing or what. Used self scan each time.

I don't really care as I'll probably get a turkey pretty easily on this card. But wanted to compare notes if this has happened to anyone else.

I think some of the self scans don't put the promos on the bottom for some reason.

Please let me know if your points were before or after coupons. I have a lot of frees. I took some free coupons to Pathmark b/c they are doing a turkey promo as well. Those did not count toward my points.

So please let me know! We are full to the brim with quaker products so I can't do any deals this week.

Yeah, I am saving my receipts too. But I'll have to look into the entire coupon thing. Since no points showed up til the last receipt I assumed it was including coupons. But if they aren't including coupons then maybe all of mine did count.

I don't have answers right now. Hmmm.

This is how mine was calculated. The first two orders at my first store that did NOT have the totals at the bottom did NOT register nor count it seems.

My total turkey $ are: $15.47 that I earned on one transaction.

The total of my order before coupons was $20.12. The total store coupons (or the doubling) was $4.05. My tax was -60.

So if you take my total, subtract my store coupon amount and subtract the tax "blessing" you get $15.47.

usually things like milk, tobacco, gift cards etc are excluded did you buy any of that kind of stuff. I've never seen it count less than your oop unless these type things are involved.

I too was very confused about how it was adding up totals. The first transaction I did, I paid 3.40 OOP and my total at the bottom of the receipt was 8 something.
Then my next order was zero OOP and nothing showed up on the bottom not even the 8 something but then when I did another transaction and paid 12 cents I had 40 something at the bottom. SO I think it does add in your purchases before coupons and if your OOP is nothing it doesn't print it at the bottom of the receipt but keeps track of it.
That is what I am thinking anyway.

I did too, all in this last week with the cat deals.
The certificate at the bottom of my qualifying reciept says redeem from 10/16 to 11/26 so I guess we could pick up the turkey any time.

Gotta have that certificate to redeem though.

I qualified for it on Wednesday added up all my receipts for this week and oop was 24.98 but I got a free turkey I still have $20 in cats so definitely not a bad week. :BigHand:

I hope they have another cat deal soon so I can get a turkey for my mom on her card used it yesterday and it already has 87.00 towards it.

is there a specific coupon that is supposed to be at the bottom of my receipt? I have the qualified thing at the bottom of each, but I don't see any that look unique- like a coupon.

I received 161 pts from the general mills deal. I hope I can earn enough points in the next three weeks. I do not think that it will be easy though, as I usually would not be buying that much. We are stocked to the gills with everything imaginable (which is a good thing) Hopefully, there will be another "large" catalina deal of some sort before the turkey period ends... Meanwhile, I will try to find some try me free or other rebates. I have about 4 coupons for free things to buy also. I still have $54.00 in catalinas that I was not able to roll to use, that will help too. I actually ended up with almost $20.00 in catalinas more than what I paid for the GM deal. I am glad that others have been reporting some overage also!

I ended up doing 12 deals, getting one 4/$19.99 meat deals steak sandwichs were $5.00,2 london broils,and porkchops. Plus a few other things. But most of my total was cat deals!

My cat expires 11/4... debating if I should use it this week or wait until the next circular to see if there are better deals. I would LOVE a free turkey but I think my points are only at $106 and some change

my points stopped showing on my reciepts on 10-20. I have call CS weekly to have all my points adjusted.. I am now over 300.00 in points and have to get the coupon from CS at my store.. What a pita

When you are over 300 your not suposed to see how many points you have. When you did reach 300 you should have recieved you turkey certificate at bottom of reciept.

i reached it 2 days ago.. my point total isnt working at all.. they have to adjust them manually.. it stopped adding on. on 10-20 i had a receipt stating my total as 171.XX but nothing has printed since that reciept.. i call CS at headquarters.. my totals never added on after that.. i had to dig out all my receipts so they could adjust.. so i have to call with my final 2 receipts so they can manual adjust my total .. than i can go to the store CS for a coupon for my turkey..

I just got off the phone with them...they tried telling me it was after all mfq's and sale prices. I said I find it hard to believe Acme wants to penalize customer's who use coupons and the guy transferred me to someone in corporate...she added enough from some of the receipt totals I'd rambled off to get me over $300. She too said she believed it was after mfq's and sale prices too but would just "take care of it". So now, I have to make a trip to Acme to get my "coupon" and make another small purchase to qualify on my hubbies card too. Then I'll have my free Turkey and lasagna and I'll be happy!

The points are a bit hard to figure out exactly , but it is based on sale prices, but before mfg coupons. Otherwise, I would have never received enough points for a turkey. I find that it is unacceptable for anyone in CS and especially corporate to say I believe, I think, I assume, etc. These are not hard or off the wall questions. Perhaps that is where much misinformation comes from when people assume or base answers on what they think sounds right, without really knowing for sure. I am glad that she resolved it for you at least somewhat easily.
