I'm new and overwelmed!!!

Hi ya'll, my name is Angeline and I' m from HOT Florida. My friend and I just recently started couponing, we are Hooked. I am really enjoying so far and the biggest thing I have learned is that I need to get organized (which has not happened yet). This new hobby takes soooo much time.

I am pretty computer savvy but this site seems to have so much info I feel like I haven't a clue. Any help or tricks is greatly appreciated!

Hi neighbor,
I'm in north Florida. Palatka, that is. Where are you? As far as this site goes, it's the best anywhere for learning to be a supercouponer. It does take time at first, but I have just started back after about a year off from couponing, and I can tell you it's just like riding a bike. I do not take nearly the time I used to, but save just as much as ever. Everyone here is wonderful and helpful. Just take your time and enjoy saving!

:welcome54: My suggestion is READ, READ and READ, esp the treads for newbies. Also, I suggest sticking to 1 or 2 grocery stores in your area (I'm guessing you have Publix, WinnDixie, maybe Albertsons??) and 1 drugstore. Learn the store policies regarding coupons. Once you get the hang, and more comfortable, add another store.

and if you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! someone will be there to walk you through.

btw...I'm not to happy your GATORS :alligator beat my TIGERS last night :poke: LOL

:wavehi:Howdy, Just take your time and do one deal at a time. Start with simple stuff and no time you will be an old pro. If you love it you love if you don't you won't last long and that's OK. It makes me so happy to find the deals and share, share, share!!!!!!!!!!!

I printed out the abbreviation definitions at first, and that really helped me. Then go to the Forums, and look up your primary grocery store forum for the weekly deals. Then, I liked going to "NEW Posts" to help keep current. Welcome & enjoy!

Be sure to check the grocery store forum to check your local store sales and drug stores like cvs,walgreens etc to maximize your savings.
