Help Kellogg's Fuel For School PO Box Closed Early

I received 2 of my rebates back for this and the post office had stamped "Box Closed No Order", so I assumed that means their post office box has closed. There is also a yellow sticker from the post office that has "Return to sender Not Deliverable as Addressed Unable to Forward" it has a sticker that is dated 10/08/09. Both envelopes are post marked 9/30/09. I've looked at the copies of the forms for these and they state they must be post marked by 9/30 and received by 10/9, so basically they shut their post office boxes at least a day early. Do I call Kellogg's? I don't see a phone number on the copies of the forms. I want to leave the forms sealed in the envelopes since they were post marked like they should be and the sticker shows they tried to deliver them before the 9th when they should have still accepted them. I don't know if I should just try to get this for one of them since they do say 1 per household even though the po boxes were different numbers. I have a feeling my 3rd rebate will show up Monday. Since they said they would accept them until the 9th but shut their po box early I am really disappinted that they don't follow their own rules.:sad:

I would keep the envies sealed like you mentioned. Try calling Kellogg's (1-800-962-1413) to explain. You can check status of any Kellogg's promos here: Special Offers Status Inquiry (http://www2.kelloggs.com/Promotion/orderstatus.aspx)

My forms had that they had to be purchased by 9/30 and have a post mark of that day, too.

Yes, since the stamp on the returned envie has been canceled the post office will want another stamp. Plus with a whole new address it will need to be in another envelope.

I have a question carie... I saw my fuel for school rebate shown up online in the mid of Sep and it was disappeared a week later. I wonder who can I call ?

Since I sent the other rebate try me free the Raisin ban extra rebate the same time as above rebate and this one shown up the same time and it had arrived two weeks ago.

Should I be worried .Does it take longer or different procedure? I should have jot down the reference # now I can not track anything.


Please advise.

It's showing sent since 11/06/2009 and its way too late.....I think it might get lot in the mail. Will they issue a new check?
