I saw the display with this promo advertised yesterday, I bought 3 of the Dial Complete pump soaps and did not get the catalina----I tried this at two different Kroger stores and no catalina------has anyone tried it and rec'd the catalina cpn?

I had this same problem today. I did 3 seperate dial transactions, with no cat printing. I took it to the CS desk, thankfully the clorox cat printed & showed the cat deal. The CS lady wrote me a "rain check" for $7.50 off my next order.

I tried and did not receive a catalina. There are no signs at my stores, so I wasn't able to go to CS with the info. I guess I'll try calling catalina.

I think only certain "flavors" work. I have gotten pear and it works. I think I read somewhere else that white tea works.
