I've been couponing for years and feel I do pretty well at it but I would like to get better. So here's my questions.....
1. How can I get the local stores ad before Tuesday (sale is starting Wed) so I can plan to buy coupons from a service. the times I have bought coupons, they arrive either to late for the sale or the day before/day of and I can't get to the store.
I live out of town and with work, kids, and all life's stuff, I can't drop everything to go to the store.
2. I live in Oregon -- what are some servies out west I can buy from that are reliable? Our mail takes forever!
Thanks!

We're lucky enough to have previews of Safeway many weeks and sometimes other stores - check your favorite stores' forums.
Check the resources tab at the top of the page. They link to clipping services: Hot Coupon World Coupon Clipping Sites (http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/view.php?pg=coupon_clipping_sites) The links contain the services' locations.
I'm sure favorites depend on the person. I tried three and have pretty much settled on one in the last couple months. The services in Texas are good about mailing and typically beat the service in FL by a day when they're mailed the same day (I'm in the mid-Atlantic).

You can also check out our Coupon Clipping Sites sub f (http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/coupon-sites-trading-selling-coupons-forms/)orum in our Hot Entrepreneur area. some of our members are lucky enough to get large quantities of coupons and they advertise what they have in there

You can also check out ebay but the prices seem to get to high sometimes!

I have used services and ebay before but what I am looking for is a way to get my Albertsons and Safeway ad a week before the sale starts. this way I can buy coupons. I've checked the forums and I see walgreens and rite aid a week or so before but I can't find the grocery store previews within that specific store forum. any suggestions?

The Safeway ad comes out on Tuesday or Wednesday (usually) for the weekend. Walgreens and Rite Aid release their ads a full week ahead. That's the best you're going to do. You can check the list of sales cycles to see what sort of things are likely to hit big sales in what months or seasons, but you're not going to get the specifics you want that far ahead for Albertsons or Safeway.
