So I just received confirmation from both my local paper and RedPlum that they have completely discontinued the RedPlum inserts from area and they are not avaliable to be mailed to my home. I am trying to figure out how to fight back about this. I thought about contacting the companies that use RedPlum to let them know my frustration with the situation and let them know that I will not be purchasing their product without the coupons. Maybe they will put pressure on RedPlum to put the inserts back into all areas. Am I fighting a losing battle here?

Ouch, that sucks. I'm sorry to hear that.
You can always trade for specific qs and/or RP inserts. Or buy from ebay or the clippers.

Unfortunately, I don't think anything can be done. Our local paper hasn't had Red Plum for many years now, and it really stinks. I just don't buy our local paper anymore, I go to the gas station/grocery store and pick up the bigger papers - Green Bay Press Gazette, Chicago Sun times, Detroit Free Press. I find the coupons are for higher amounts in these papers anyways.

I guess I will just have to order some from Ebay. The paper that they discontinued them from was our larger state-wide paper.

they may as well stop mailing ours... this weeks only had the quilted northern, snausages, and neutrogena coupons... the rest was junk ads. :rolleyes24:

We don't get them in our papers either and I live in San Diego, which is a big city. We do however get 1 RP in our mail on Mondays when they send out the ads for the grocery stores for the week. It would be nice to get more copies, but I can live with 1.
