Energizer batteries have an insert coupon and an e-coupon on shortcuts. Should be .50 a pack after both coupons.

If the Suave body wash is still on sale for 1.48 it would only be .48 each after the .50/1 insert coupon is doubled.

Cottonelle would be 4.74 for the 12 double rolls. Many different 1.00/1 or .50/1 (doubled) coupons combined with the cellfire e-coupon for .25/1.

Cheap Yoplait yogurt combining the insert coupon for .40/6 (doubled) with the cellfire e-coupon and also using the free coupon for one when you buy six. Works out to around .25 each.

Pillsbury is still a good deal if you have any of the 1.00/1 IP's left combined with the e-coupons.

For all you lucky people with the .55/1 reese's coupons(doubled)-FREE CHOCOLATE!

For the Betty Crocker 10/10 cake sale-Frosting was 1.89. So, it would be 2.89 for a cake mix and frosting. Then, deduct the IP for .50/2 (doubled) combined with the e-coupon for .50/2 cake and frosting and it's then 1.39 for both. .70 each isn't too shabby!

Sugar Sale my foot!!! I just commented to dh while shopping last week that the sugar had went up in price, it was 2.19. It is usually 1.88-1.98. So what, did they up the price last week so this week would seem like a sale? Sneaky little buggers!!:rolleyes24:

FYI: If anyone has the insert coupon for tabasco sauce .50/1, any, with it doubled and using the new e-coupon on shortcuts, the small bottle would be .05. I got one in a trade, so I'm not sure where they came from??

That's all for now!

If you have a schnucks close by, their veggie steamers end up being free this week.

And please look at the dates on the pillsbury products!!!! Some are very very close to their use date. I have not had any luck keeping his very much longer past their dates. Has anyone else?

Somewhere on this site people were talking about freezing those. I've never tried it, does anyone have any opinions on freezing (although, these are on sale so often is hardly seems worth it)?

Fussy Pants-- Like the sugar...This weeks add has Kroger butter for $1.99. The new ad above shows it in the *Bake Sale* for $2. One penny more, I know....but that wouldn't be a sale. Silly wabbits

I bought several a while back and froze them all (before I knew they go on sale all the time!) They worked fine once I thawed them, but maybe didnt rise as much? Taste wise and all--no one knew the difference.

I freeze mine, I lay them on a cookie sheet, uncooked, and pop in the freezer for a bit, then I put them in freezer bags so they are individually frozen. This works with rolls and biscuits,

Be sure to check in the organic sections for milk as well. On Monday I bought a gallon of organic skim milk marked down to $1.99!

In the Wichita Eagle Friday 10/9 there is an ad for a THREE DAY SALE, milk is $1.00 a half gallon with $10 in additional purchases. (Limit 4) Also in the ad is Wonder Classic White Bread (round-top, not sandwich) for $1.00. Don't forget the Shortcuts.com coupon for .55/1 Wonder bread!

I complain about sugar and look what happens, they put it on SALE for me!:giggle2:

3 day sale in Springfield, too.

Sugar is 1.00 a bag! 5# I think it is?
I also seen the Wonder Bread on the 3 day sale!! Classic, just like librarylady said!

Sale is the 9th, 10th, 11th

They rearranged a bunch of stuff at my store, so I've been wandering around like a lost kid for an hour, haha!

I just left Dillon's a little while ago and they are wiped out of the sugar, flour, butter, etc. on the 3 day sale. But, they are giving out rain checks for everything. They have stacks and stacks of them already filled out for 4 items. They had them at the self-checkout cashier stand at the store on West Kearney. So, if you were headed back tomorrow for the last day of the 3 day sale, just plan on getting your rain checks. They are good for 60 days.

Sunshine is stocked on everything but powdered sugar today. They ran out at 10am yesterday and changed thier game plan for today ( yay Sunshine!). They are also giving RCs. I hauled a bunch of .12mm healthy choice entrees and MC's Pasta AlDente for .88 each between yesterday and today. These are the weeks I enjoy having 3 internet capable, coupon printing computers in the house =0) I like to have them for DH for work lunch but refuse to spend more than $1 or so on them.

Oh Nicki -- When we were walking in the kansas/battlefield store last night my DH said to me - Hey ?! Isnt this Fussy Pants' store ? I laughed and said no, Its Trish's store. Men......

haha:hysterical: Tell him I will let this slide one time.....but he's gonna have to get himself sorted out or he's gonna be kicked off the couponing squad....lol!!:giggle2: I'm gonna have to get one of those I.D. bracelets with my store info on it to wear. Sheesh, if I get lost and Tracy's dh finds me he's gonna take me to the wrong store!!!:hysterical:

Thats not a bad idea ( bracelets) . We may as well come out of the couponing closet and just get Tshirts or something. We can have our lucky HCW shopping Tshirts

I went to PC on Division/Glenstone for the first time last night to get some of thier pork .99# stuff. Every single blinkie machine was empty and or damaged but they had lots of good tearpads/recipe booklets. I think I may have to swing by again and send the kids in for a coupon collecting contest  I thought the store was kinda yucky tho. Sunshine Dillons ( maybe Dillons in general) is just never very fruitful for coupon hunting.

I cant wait to see the ad tomorrow. Im rolling the lucky dice for Barilla and BC Potatoes 10/10 --- Maybe the coupon elves will rig it up for me this week.

PS. Weathergirl, which store are you to be returned to if found out wandering?

WeatherGirl

I've never been to any of the other Dillons. I'm a Battlefield Dillons shopper, but don't give me to one of the head cashiers please! I went last night to get milk, and skim milk was around $2.50!!! Ack!!! Luckily, there were some Active Lifestyle brand skim milk half gallons on manager's special for 99 cents. I dodged a bullet on the milk. I also bought 8 butter quarters and 6 sharp cheddar cheese packages.

LOL, Thanks for the compliment. I just wish I could do better on some of the food things. Dont let me miss the next great PC sales - I seem to let that place fall thru the cracks. I missed a chance at $1 a box kelloggs a few weeks back and can still do the calendar rebate 6 more times - meaning 60 free boxes of cereal. Get my back ladies - I gotta feed 10 ppl on almost nothing a week until things improve here.

Oh jeez, I rarely pay attention to Price Cutter eventhough I have two of them within three miles of me. The only thing they are good for is a big box of filled doughnuts marked down to $1.99 after the bakery closes. Oh, and the Thanksgiving turkey prices wars between competing stores. I can't keep track of their coupon limitations.

I just noticed that on Shortcuts.com they have a coupon out for Private Selection Organic Yogurt for $.55. For those of us that received the Dillons organics coupon book, there is a coupon in there for $.60 off the same yogurt. That might make for some cheap yogurt in my future. I recently acquired some kefir so I won't be buying much yogurt anymore unless it's a really good price.

You just reminded me of my frozen Kefir. Its been there waiting for me to take a break LOL. I had been experimenting but just wasnt able to come up with a yogurt I liked as much as the yogurt starter kind.

Ps. If youd like a source for wonderful raw milk, PM me !

What is the calendar rebate?

Tracy_in_Missouri
10-13-2009, 12:47:00 PM
Look in the database. Its a Kellogg's Photo Calendar rebate you can do 8 times ! Each is buy 10 items and get $10 back. I did 2 with the .42 ( AQ) Eggos at target and will likely do the rest with cereal.
