depends on the store, are you allowed to use coupons on items that are "free"? i know at Kroger we can...
So really you get 7 powerade for $5... you could use the buy 5 get 2 free.. coupon so you would get 9 for the price of 5.. and use the (2 coupons).75/2 on 4 of them... (not knowing if you double/triple or not) if the store allows you to use the coupons on free items (the 2 from store promo) you could use 3 coupons then..( .75/2)
you can't use 4 though because it would be an odd number (9) and the (8th and 9th) are already covered by your buy 5 get 2 free
did this confuse u more? lol

I don''t have the $2/5 q, but I've been getting 7, using 3 .27/2 q's and paying .50 + tax= .83. My family's been drinking them as fast as I can buy them. They sure will be sad when all the q's are gone.

Ok now that i see it doubles (meaning .75x2 i assume)
you either do:
buy 9, use 2 free wyb 5 (your coupon) and use 2 .75/2 meaning you'd pay $2.00 for 9 of them... or.. if you can use 1 coupon on the 2 you get free from the store...
buy 9 use your 2 free wyb 5 (your coupon) and use 3 .75/2 meaning you'd then pay .50 for 9 of them....

Or it could be a MM...
8.00 (8 Powerades)
-2.00 (B5G2 Q)
-4.50 (.75/2 x 3 doubled)
-2.00 (store promo)
-----------------
+0.50
In this scenario, your B5G2F attaches to 2 bottles and your (3) .75/2 coupons attach to 6 bottles for a total of 8. Then the store promo takes off 2.00 independent of the mfr coupons.
Would not work if the 2 free Powerades ring up as 0.00, but I'm pretty sure they will come off as a discount after the first 5 ring up, so all 8 will show as a purchase on your crt.
This works the same way as using a BOGO coupon in addition to a cents off coupon on 2 products. So YMMV, and if anything beeps it would be nearly impossible for the poor cashier to understand that it is legit. But I'd give it a try if I had those coupons.....

Has anyone had problems with these coupons beeping? I have the 75/2 Powerade Ion or Vitamin Water ones and the last time HT did tripes, they kept beeping and manager had to override.

Yes they do beep or won't double correctly. So watch the screen when the cashier is scanning the coupons..
Cheers..

It's my understanding that they match with UPCs from Vitamin Water, but they don't double correctly. They won't go through on powerade at all without manager override.
I've been getting 7 and using 3 x .75/2, so 7 for .50; I can't tell whether the coupons would go through on the "free" ones or not, since they beep on everything...

They do always beep, but have never had any problems with the stores CS overriding it with a smile. I love HT. I hope it is still on sale this week or somewhere else.

I have had problems with all of my Powerade coupons. As soon as the coupon beeps they say you can only use one coupon per transaction. Then we really get going and I offer them a coupon explanations class. I try to explain the difference between a transaction and purchase. I feel llike I am talking to a wall because they never understand it.:hectic1:
